We loved our stay in Ko Olina. The check-in was a breeze, the unit was very well appointed and our stay could not have been better. It was great to use the fully stocked kitchen for making dinners. We loved closing out each night with the pool and hot tub. The on-site bar made great pina coladas. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to be back. I highly recommend this rental!

Our entire weeklong stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was spectacular!! The Ko Olina area and specific unit we stayed in, is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed time at each of the pools and the lagoon. Poolside cocktails from the bar were delicious. We dined at 4 of the restaurants across the way, all very good. The local country market had everything we needed. The luau at the Disney Aulani Resort was fantastic!! 5 stars!! We also golfed at the Ko Olina Golf Club, which was amazing, complete with a Mickey shaped bunker and view of the “back side of water!” We also enjoyed a full day island tour, including Pearl Harbor & Arizona Memorial. And we finished off our week with a sunset dinner cruise on July 4th that included a view of the fireworks from the Waikiki Hilton. Amazing week on Oahu!!

Location is perfect, the beach and pool is super convenient. Garage parking is too tight to park a big van/truck even on handicap parking space. Drying machine doesn't work on the first few days, technician had to swap machine from a different unit. Floor was not mopped and vacuum, foot turned black walking barefooted on the first 5 minute. Cockroach found alive in dishwasher. Air condition did not work in the bedroom for the first day.

Great unit and floor plan (3 bdrm) in a nice location. We really enjoyed this property. The only negative of the unit was the living room furniture, extremely dirty. They should definitely replace it. The large negative to watch out for is Ola Properties as the property manager. Difficult to work with and not customer service focused at all. I would aggressively avoid renting units managed by Ola Properties.

There was a huge bug problem in the kitchen. We purchased spray and had the property manager send pest control. They sent pest control timely but we spent the week cleaning up bugs so that was unpleasant for something this expensive. Other than that it was clean well equipped and had a nice view.

Overall, this property is situated in a great part of Oahu and the beach can't be beat. It was a roomy unit, but we didn't have working AC in the master bedroom for 5 of the 8 days we were there. Called property management the first day as there was an error message on the display in the master. They said there was already a ticket for the problem, so this was a known issue that we were not advised of. I called and texted Ola Properties 4 more times before they sent someone to fix the issue with only a small fan in the bedroom to keep us cool in the night. Would have been great to have had this addressed before we checked in or at least let us know. Kitchen is equipped with the absolute bare minimum utensils, glasses, mugs without even salt and pepper in the unit, so if you plan to cook, bring what you need. For the price we paid we expected more, but the place was just fine overall. Next time we'll skip the Ocean Tower units as you can't see the sunset from the Lanai and investigate the Beach Tower or the Marriott. The area is lovely and the grounds and pools were clean and not crowded. Front desk was kind, but referred us to property management for anything unit related and couldn't even provide and extra trash bag for us when asked.

There were many positive aspects about this condo. Check in was smooth, the location was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu, AND we enjoyed seeing the ocean each morning from our balcony and being able to take a quick walk to the beach. The only downside was that the kitchen island has a bug issue that needs to be addressed. The property management was responsive to our request to spray, but additional measures will need to be taken for future guests. It is only for that reason I would give it between 3 1/2 and 4 stars.

Stayed at Ko Olina before. This property ranks mediocre compared to others. Room amenities were at bare minimum. Had cockroaches but maintenance was quick to respond when we could get a hold of them. Otherwise Ko Olina is a great place to stay and this condo was ok for the price.

It was so nice to have space large enough to spread out, everyone have their own bed, a kitchen for breakfast and coffee in the morning and enjoy an incredible view at the same time AND have a quiet lagoon or pool to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and that we could walk to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was friendly.
