Beautiful facility, rooms, kitchen and lanais. The only downside was that we eventually had to leave such an amazing place.
Had an amazing time. Had a couple of hiccups, the owner locked both closets in one of the bedrooms along with the closet in the bathroom in that same suite where my son and his wife were staying in. They had no closet or anywhere in that suite to hang their clothes or store their luggage. Ola Properties did give us a rolling clothes line for the room, but it was cumbersome. The drain in that same bedroom suite bathroom didnt drain very well, so there was standing water everytime my son and his wife showered. Had we know this PH didnt have closet space in one of the rooms, we would have rented another unit. We understand owners have personal items, but to take all three closets in a suite and lock them isn't very efficient for the vacationers. re their luggage. Ola Properties
We had a great time celebrating birthdays and anniversaries as a family. The place was immaculate, it had everything that we needed from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and towels. The views are top tier and the property is superb.
This property was an amazing home base for our daughter's graduation trip. Wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the property and amenities. Having a kitchen was wonderful as we like to cook and not have to go out as much. We do wish the kitchen had a few more pots, bigger baking sheets, and containers to store leftovers but we made it all work. This is our second time at the resort, and we just love it. Loved this unit as it was a penthouse, so we had no one above us to hear. The Hawaiian breezes on the Lanai was the stuff dreams are made of. We will be back!
Condo is beautiful. Property, pool and beach are beautiful. Expensive, but high quality across all categories.
Property is lovely and overall well maintained. The villa is in need of some TLC and a bit of overall maintenance. The views were gorgeous and having the 2 lanais was fantastic. The 2 bedrooms besides the master are very tiny with very little air movement and would benefit from ceiling fans. One of those 2 bedrooms did not have any available closet space.
The master was nice and had a private patio off the back but there were no chairs or furniture and one empty pot.
Again, the views and the location of the villa were fantastic, but for the price the villa itself could stand a few enhancements.

The condo was not bad. Supplies like dishes and plates are very scarce as well as flatware. Blankets were not available for all rooms and although we don’t expect to use your salt and pepper etc. it was all sticky. How was your not beach towels they were regular bathroom towels, just in different colors, besides that condo, the service from the staff was terrific I would give them a 10 condo is a 8
This was our first time in Hawaii and KoOlina was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the kitchen, living area and dual lanais. Glad we were in the Ocean Tower near the quiet pool area with views of the ocean and pool area. Bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed for our time in Hawaii. Made several day trips around the island and nothing was too far. Would love to come back again someday.
From start to finish this was a great experience! It was our first time to Hawaii and we could not have been more fortunate with the beach villa in Ko Olina. The resort was beautiful and clean! It was not crowded like the nearby resorts. Our condo was truly better than we imagined. The pictures do not do it justice! The best part was that we had a lanai facing the large pool and a second one that had views of the ocean and mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked for meals in. The furniture was in great condition. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels! There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and snorkeling gear to use at the lagoon. Parking was close and easy. There are a couple nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a Starbucks. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! Thank you so much for such great accommodations!
