We have stayed at a few other units at the Ko'Olina Beach Villas before and BT-610 has a view that can't be beat! Whale watching while drinking our morning coffee and some of the most beautiful sunsets at the end of a fun beach day were worth 5-stars easily. That said, the unit itself could use some updates and a good cleaning. The furniture in the living room is very dingy and worn, the dining room chair legs were literally falling off and had to be tightened multiple times during out stay, The dirt and grime under the glass on the table top was gross, the rugs are thread bare and dirty, and the artificial plants had a layer of dust. The showers have outstanding pressure, but the shower heads are not really adjustable, so if you are not tall enough it's problematic. My teenage daughter referred to the washer/dryer as "baby's first washing machine" but the size wasn't even my issue, it was the awful mildew smell. We ran to Target to get some affresh to wash the basin and I even cleaned the seal with Clorox wipes and they were black after wiping it down. The lower dishwasher didn't clean well and left powder all over the dishes so we'd have to run it again and the refridgerator was not wiped down and one of the shelves had a sticky mess on it. While we LOVED the view and really enjoy staying at the Beach Villas, we will find another unit to stay in next time.

We were thrilled by the spectacular view upon entrance to this condo! The unit is exactly as pictured. Every morning was spent on the deck, so beautiful and relaxing! Sunsets were amazing! We chose Ko Olina to have a quieter experience, away from busy Waikiki. The property, pool and beach are beautiful, but if you are looking for waves, this location is not for you. Great for families with small kids who do not want to worry. Keep in mind, it is a drive to get to anything else on the island.

We have stayed at the Ko Olina Villa on numerous occasions but our last stay was by far the best! The villa did not disappoint! The views were spectacular, it was clean and best of all our Ola Prop Manager, Jordan was always so quick to assist us with any questions or concerns that we had. We are definitely coming back with hopes of staying in the same villa!

We come to Hawaii every two years and stay here. This place is amazing,, with the best view of the ocean, especially watching the sunset. We highly recommend staying in 610! It’s clean and everyone here is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Ola was responsive and helpful, and combined with the staff working checkin 24/7 there was always someone if we had a question etc.
The kids loved the pools! And the beach is right there and so picturesque. Out VRBO was huge and lovely and we would 100% stay here again!
