VERY IMPORTANT:
- Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.
- Incomplete landscaping in the front/backyard which requires time to be finished.

This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road while the garage is only intended for entertainment room purposes.

The home was new and in a gated community. It accomodated our family of six adults comfortably.
We were surprised that this home had no ventilation/fan in the bathrooms and had to leave door open to avoid steaming up.
A few of the stove knobs were worn and just spinned so had to swap knobs to control the burners.
Not sure if listing mentioned that all the bedrooms are on the second floor, so got our workout going up and down the long flight of stairs. Would have appreciated room darkening window covering as bedrooms were to bright to early in the morning.
We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard but could hear the neighbors as all surrounding homes backed up to each other.
