The condo is located perfectly. There are tons of restaurants and beach access. The condo was clean and the owner responds back to you fast. My family and I had a great time!

This unit is great. This was my 2nd time here. I was disappointed that I could not use the lanai and was not made aware of this prior to my stay. There was some very noisy construction on the building which I was also unaware of. After finding out the work hours, I was able to plan around them. I love the location and the unit.
Nice apartment, well-equipped kitchen, and lovely view of the marina. Laundry room at end of the corridor from the apartment. Very handy, but we didn’t need to use it. Really good location just a short walk to the beach and lagoon in front of the Hilton. Also close to shops and restaurants. Convenient, if pricey (33/day), parking in adjacent parking garage. We had a great 3 days and Kyle was easy to communicate with. Thank you!
Not a very large lanai but super location to watch the Friday night fireworks! Well stocked condo with an extremely comfortable bed. We had a super two week stay!

From reservation to check in to check out, the process was seamless. Nicely remodeled well equipped unit with a nice view and convenient location.
The property was very nice and was clean, which is so important to me as I’m a bit of a clean freak (the place was left in extremely clean condition when we left). The only negative is that there were a couple of bugs …. Small roaches and not a whole lot of them, maybe 4 or 5 were spotted. The owner responded quickly to my request for access info and we did not report the bug situation as we only spotted them on the first 2 days and then didn’t see any. Would rent this unit again.
We stayed here as a family. Both room bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The location was a close walk to the lagoon and beach with small kids. The kitchen was well stocked. Room dresser, hangers, extra pillows and black out shades were a plus. Beach towels provided. Enough linens for everyone. Sand toys and equipment was provided as well. Beautiful view of the marina, and good view of the Friday fireworks too. AC and wifi worked well. Convenient floor access to laundry. Car rental in the building was a plus. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends +family.
