The condo is perfectly located. Directly across the street from Island gourmet market and the rest of the shopping center. The golf course club house is just a few minutes away. Lava club and beach are a one minute drive away. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The property manager met us at the unit when we checked in. We would love to stay here again
My husband and I spent three wonderful weeks at the condo. We used it as our base to explore the island.Waikoloa Beach Villas is a beautiful compound with two pools, a small gym and bbq areas for guests. The grounds are immaculately kept and the people are friendly.The condo is as described. It’s quiet except for the early morning golf course maintenance lol. Fortunately we early risers so it didn’t bother us.The condo is well stocked with everything you need. In the evenings we opened all the windows to get a nice cross breeze to cool things down.There is also lots of beach gear to take on your adventures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Immaculate clean condo, very large for a 2BR, great kitchen with everything you might need. Dedicated garage, nice pool with a spa, gated community. Maybe due to low season there were practically no neighbors and no noise from other condos. Golf field view and nice sunsets from the patio. Everything was excellent.
We enjoyed the unit, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need. Obviously a checklist is used for essentials like plastic wrap, salt & pepper, paper towels, and so on...all those items were available. The unit is well located for long view across the golf course facing west so you get a good sunset. You get nice light in the morning also coming through the kitchen. Location on far end of complex means it is quiet and free from traffic, nearby road is out of sight and can't be heard usually. The complex has great pools and BBQ. Full supply of the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, at least 4 chairs and two umbrellas, an ice chest or two also available. We found the lock a bit hard to figure out initially, be sure you get full description/directions from the owner. We saw Bennett briefly for checkin, a very kind gentleman you can either spend 5 minutes or probably a lot more chatting with him if you wanted. Conclusion - yes it is a nice unit in a beautiful development and I'd stay there again.
