We had a wonderful stay. We had 6 adults and 2 kids for our stay. There was plenty of space for us. The home was clean and stocked with many extras to help with those items we forgot to pack Properly manager Mele was very efficient and quick to respond to any of our concerns. We ran out of propane one morning but it was filled by noon. Needed suggestions for dinner or favorite beaches, Mele was there. I was concerned originally about not having air conditioning but turned out it was not needed. There were plenty of fans and all windows were open to help circulate air. We would definitely rent this home again.
We had a lovely vacation staying here. The home was roomy for our family, the kitchen and laundry were nice, and the pool was lovely. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house because it was so nice to be there. Check-in was very easy. Would definitely recommend this home!
The house was perfect for our group of 8! It was a great location and it was always a quick response with any questions.
This place was close to many attractions in the area, very nice pool and outside yard with plenty of room for 10 of us. I really have nothing bad to say about this bnb. We all really enjoyed our selfs.
This was the perfect place to take a large family group on vacation. Plenty of rooms and beds, plenty of bathrooms, a large open kitchen with a huge gas range that looks out into the family room, and its own pool! Could not recommend this house enough. The management company was fantastic and responsive, and had even left a “house book” with instructions, possible trips, and area recommendations. We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect spot to do it from!
Check in process, location, views were represented accordingly. This is NOT a luxury property. Unsanitary with cockroaches in the home, on countertops, on food. Cockroaches were also found outside on sitting and eating area made space uncomfortable and unsanitary to use. We brought to host/property managers attention and we received one night refund on our 15 day stay. Unacceptable ! Bedding is pilled, stained yellow pillows and flat, towels were dingy and grey, It was advertised as paper products included and friendly and informative staff member delivered these once we discussed with management. Pool chairs had cushions in very poor state, stained and again unsanitary. Chairs outside were rusted , paint and rust stuck into customers arm after resting arm on armrest of chair.. Front cushions missing from furniture and unable to sit comfortably and watch sunsets from front deck. Stained beach chairs and coolers found to be in very poor condition and customer had to clean dirty coolers prior to beach use. We were given a noon check out rather than 10 am and cleaners arrived earlier than expected , and discarded food prior to discussing with the family. Polite cleaning staff had mentioned the poor state that this property had been in and that reports had been made several times prior to our use. They said new bedding and towels were being purchased. However our family’s stay was below standard quality.. VRBO is not taking any responsibility.
