Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit itself was pretty clean, updated and spacious but the building was very old and somewhat gross. The location is excellent though with only a short walk to the beach and amongst many shops and restaurants. The check in process and awful. Dozens of lock boxes on the wall outside the building. We were given the wrong lock box number and it took a lot of phone calls and time to figure out the correct number and get into the unit. The garage opener wasn’t working and we had to wait until the next day to get a special replacement battery.

fantastic place! extra pillows, blankets, air conditioner in every room. The place was clean with everything we needed. We did not use the kitchen, but they had a single cup coffee maker and a coffee pot. Sleeper was super comfortable. Great location and view of ocean ! Our teen sons loved having their own entrance from their room but having the comfort of connecting to the other part of the condo! Has tons of beach towels 2 beach chairs 2 umbrellas and beach is 2-3 min walk. Loved the place !

The apartment felt very secure with multiple fob systems and locks to get into the home. The apartment was also very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The only thing was the individual AC units were pretty much running 24/7 even while sleeping or else it got pretty humid and uncomfortable. The air was blowing on our face all night which is a minor inconvenience. Overall the apartment location was amazing, very clean inside, and the amenities were really amazing. Wifi, TV, fridge, shared laundry room, our family enjoyed with zero issues. It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach and by the shopping centers in Waikiki. The hosts were quickly responsive and helpful in the two instances that someone parked in our designated spot in the garage. Other than those blips, it was the perfect stay for my family.

Condo was clean and nice. Description was accurate.
