We loved the location, it was right on the beach. The building is an older building but it is clean and looks kept up. The unit overall was wonderful however it could use an updated stove. Laundry is on site and there are set times to use it for the sake of noise. The location was very quiet and quaint. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
This unit was amazing! The location was great, fellow guests were very friendly and it was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to mention the bedroom did not have a door. This was not a problem for us, but it may be for others looking for more privacy. Perhaps I missed this in the description. The hosts were very responsive. It was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. A bonus was the beautiful sunsets and whale watching from the lanai.

It was our last staying on Maui in seven years, and we had a wonderful stay which is a beautiful ocean view from your room, and the kitchen was easy to use, making our stay very comfortable.
However, there is one thing we need to report. The thin chain pull switch for the ceiling fan in the living room was very stiff, and when we pulled it, the chain broke in the middle. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our stay was everything I wanted. Beautiful beach just a few steps away. Amazing sunsets every night. Walking distance to grocery and tons of restaurants. Perfect location on the island!
What a great place with about 50ft thru grass to our beach! No crowds no need to haul your beach stuff just walk right out! Gorgeous sunsets!
Quit, comfortable, and great location with amazing sunsets. Located in a quite neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop. Not far from restaurants. Only 20 to 30 minutes away from anywhere you'd like to visit. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai at sunset with our mai tai, morning walks along the beach, and star gazing at night. It's an older complex in great condition. We would diffantly stay here again. It was just right for the two of us. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place! Hope we can visit soon!
Excellent Kihei location, spotlessly clean, brand new furnishings, comfy bed, exceptional view directly from kitchen, living area and lanai. Owner and manager very communicative and accommodating ( we were able to check in a few hours early because the condo was ready and the manager even personally brought us over a coffee grinder. Parking is easy. The small complex is very quiet. Superior location in my opinion as there is a nice walkable beach directly in front with shopping and a few restaurants within a few short blocks. The other busier areas of Kihei for shopping, restaurants, markets, and beaches are a very short drive away. Wailea is about 10 minutes drive
