The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, but insects, rodents, and lizards persist in a tropical climate. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll coordinate with the HOA. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
