We’ve stayed in 4 different condos here and this one has been our favorite. You can’t beat the view and the soft music coming from the bar (until about 7:30pm. Comfortable beds and couches, nice desk and big table. Very clean and well stocked. The beach chairs and boogie boards were wonderful, very handy. Even though it’s about a 45-60 min drive to most activities, the serenity this place offers makes it worth it. The only thing I’d change would be having some sort of cafe option on the property, but that doesn’t affect my love for the place.

Great trip to Ko Olina. Beach Tower 209 unit was very good - clean, well stocked (eg good kitchen stuff) including beach towels and body boards, beach chairs etc. Check in was very good with a team member who helped with luggage and showed the unit and all the bells and whistles. Parking underground easy. The place is big with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms and washer dryer. Great for families. Awesome huge patio with fantastic sunset views. There is a stair case right by the front door of the unit and you can whip down quickly to the pools and the bar. You can sit on the deck in the evening and listen to the live music (pros and cons but its only ~ an hour). The whole area is dead quite after 10pm - its family oriented, not a party place. The lagoon right out from is awesome for families - not rocky, not too deep and mellow waves. There are identical lagoons left and right for Sheraton and Disney but people don't cross pollinate. You can head over to the Sheraton if you want to have dinner there but we never did. We went to Costco which is 10 minutes away and stocked up and then proceeded to eat out constantly but you could cook a fancy meal with no issues. Nice area with a golf course and small mall (restaurant, groceries, starbucks) very close by. I'd stay here again instead of the Sheraton (or Disney/Four Seasons etc)

Ko Olina is an incredibly beautiful area that is immaculately maintained. It is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. Beach Tower Villa 209 overlooks the tranquil lagoon and you can watch the waves crash against the breakwater. The villa itself is beautiful and equipped with truly high end appliances and furnishings. There is everything you could want including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a large deck storage unit crammed with beach toys and other odds and ends possibly donated from previous guests. The beach bar on the property is steps away and has nightly live music and amazing Mai Tai's! Don't worry because it closes early so as not to disturb your sleep. The management at Ko Olina and the Oceanfront Vacation Villa staff are both amazing and couldn't have been more helpful or easier to deal with. Thanks again Kimberley!!!Highly highly recommend! Don't pass this one up!!

The unit was spotless and exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed as were the bathrooms. The views from the balcony were spectacular! We were traveling with friends and we always ended up having sunset drinks in our unit! We have twin toddlers and the staff on the property was extremely helpful and kind with both check-in and all our deliveries. The pool and lagoon were perfect for our family. The unit had everything we needed and shopping and restaurants were right around the corner. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly do so again.

This property is exactly as pictured! The location is wonderful. To wake up to the views each morning and close the days with the sunsets is truly paradise.
The lagoon was great for our son to learn to boogie board!
The pool was a little on the cool side for us but the beach and pool never seemed crowded which was nice.
Chris was great to make sure we were set before we left and there for any minor questions during the stay.
There is live music each night which we enjoyed while having dinner on our lanai
A market and shops within walking distance .
I truly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Don't think twice if this unit is available for your visit to Ko Olina. This property meets every expectation from the photos. The beaches and the resort are beautiful. This is the best view and location of the building. Not only is the view incredible, there is easy access to the bar and beach through the stairs right outside the door. Make sure your card allows access from the second floor stairwell, ours had to be reprogrammed (excellent resort staff) but then we had easy access up and down to the bar and beach.

We loved our stay in Ko’Olina. Sitting on the lanai, listening to the waves, and often being serenaded by the musician at the bar area down below. The communication with Chris was prompt answering any questions we had. Attention to detail was great!

This is by far the best property at the Ko'Olina Villas. Me and my wife spent 16 days at the beach tower and it was worth every penny. It is close to all the essential areas, businesses, and the beach view made it a no'm-brainer.
The villas also give you an extra peace of mind in safety and security with lots of protections in place to ensure only guests have access to indoor and outdoor portions of the towers.
Chris takes very good care of the property and it is clean and well maintained. So many useful appliances and comfortable living space to make you feel at home. I've stayed here twice and I would 100% stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations. Never know for sure until you get to a property but this place is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exactly as described. It’s well stocked and has everything you might need for cooking big meals. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The views are even better than the photos! It’s on the best lagoon, the beach was never too crowded. The grounds are really nice. The lap pool is heated (nice surprise) and the complex is very clean and quiet. We will definitely be returning soon!
