Our building, Foster Tower, will undergo a concrete restoration (spalling repair) project beginning August 2025, and continuing for approximately 12 months. We expect construction noise (hammering, drilling, etc.) during weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

To reflect the inconvenience, we have significantly discounted our nightly rates during this period. Guests who:
