The cottage was well stocked, everything worked, the space was clean and cute. The pool is wonderful and was always nearly empty of others when we went. We have stayed at these cottages many times and they never disappoint!
House is very cute. Overall stay was ok. Within hours of arriving, kitchen cabinet door fell off (hinges rusted). We rented for 9 days as we were a group of 4 and intended on cooking at home. 1st morning we loaded the DW and it didn’t work. Had to unload & handwash. There were no dishrags, just 3 kitchen towels. Contacted host, they sent me a number to schedule a repair. Nobody wants to schedule a repair on vacation. So we didn’t and washed. The host requested we empty garbage daily to avoid bugs, but only left 5 garbage bags for 8 nights. There was 1 roll of paper towels, 4 beach towels, 4 bathroom towels, etc. So daily we had to wash dishes & beach towels if used. Lots of little inconveniences. We frequently do VRBO and I’d say this was the 1st time we constantly ran out of supplies. Had to go to store to buy ziploc bags, Saran Wrap, garbage bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge etc. While they are not obligated to supply these things, it’s just nice. No AC, opened windows in the eve & shut mid morning. The curtain rod in front room was broken. I felt like the property mgmt wasn’t keeping up on the property (broken appliances, rusted hinges on cabinet doors, broken curtain rods) and being very stingy with supplies, not the owners issue as they likely aren’t aware. The property did have chairs you can take to the beach (one is broken) and an umbrella. Location ok, you do have to cross hwy to get to beach, so not conducive to walking. Oh & fix kitchen faucet.. overall MEH!
This was for a bride and all of her bridesmaids. I read the description, but it was not clear to me that there was no A/C. They do provide fans, but I wish I would have known about the A/C for this bridal party.

Everything was great. Beautiful stay. Thank you for the evacuation communication. Our family drove up the road. Improvement needed:Replace worn out wash clothes. Change kitchen sink water nozzle. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Everything was wonderful. Aloha.
WiFi needs upgrading; it was extremely slow. Please have cleaners mop the floor.Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
Clean, well stocked. Enough space for a family to spread out. Great pool. Recomended!

Everything about this cottage was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you'd need, and the lanai was the perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The pool was clean and never crowded. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Maui.
Great place clean quiet. You feel like your right at homes. Pool is steps from the backyard. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. It was a little hot because there was no a/c .all and all it is a amazing place to stay
We have stayed at the ICC many times over the last eleven years and we pleased to try this marvelous unit. Very well appointed, comfortable beds and linen, fabulous amenities. Everything was welcoming and it was very hard to leave. One minor item is the internet speed. Unfortunately work from Maui was required but Zoom, Teams and other applications had a very hard time with the slow connection. But in fairness we should have just ignored work, gone more often to the beaches and enjoyed this fabulous unit. Thank you.
