Our family of 8 stayed at Leilani House for 4 nights and it was the highlight of our trip. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The location was close to the beach but tucked away enough to feel private. We can’t wait to book again.
We stayed here for 4 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The house has a great layout, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked, kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of beach equipment for us to use. I do recommend this house.
I stayed here with 6 girls for our girls trip and it worked out perfectly. Everything was as pictured and we had a great stay.
We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we booked our entire trip here. We had all the beach stuff we could possibly need which made it stress free for us. The kitchen was stocked. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We already booked here again for next years trip. Thanks Mike!

Lots of space, comfy beds, and a big yard for the kids. Having beach chairs and toys ready to go made life so much easier. Quick drive to Poipu Beach every day.
Everything about this home was convenient — plenty of bathrooms, central A/C, a fully stocked kitchen, and tons of sleeping space. The kids used the boogie boards every day at Brennecke’s.
This house is an absolute gem. Set on a private half-acre, we had total privacy you just don’t find in most vacation rentals. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities. A fully equipped kitchen, AC, laundry, and a huge selection of beach gear. The private upstairs suite was a dream for my parents, who could come and go without disturbing the rest of us. Afternoons at Poipu Beach snorkeling and spotting turtles, and evenings grilling fresh fish on the barbecue. Everything about this home feels both luxurious and welcoming. We’re already planning our return.
We’ve been visiting Poipu for years, and The Leilani House is now our go-to spot. The location is great and its tucked away on a quiet lot but just a quick drive to Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s, and great restaurants. The home itself is immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The gourmet kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations, making it easy to cook big family breakfasts before heading out for the day. Air conditioning was a welcome comfort after afternoons in the sun.

The Leilani House is hands down the nicest vacation rental we’ve stayed in on Kauai. The open-concept design made the main living area feel so inviting, and the gourmet kitchen had every tool and appliance we needed. The kids loved running around the huge yard, and we all enjoyed coffee on the lanai each morning before heading to Poipu Beach. The private upstairs suite was an unexpected luxury — so much privacy and comfort. Can’t wait to come back!
I stayed here with family and am so happy we picked this house. It has 4 nice size bedrooms. The entire second floor is basically one big private master suite with a private full bathroom, a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and extra sitting. Its HUGE! My siblings stayed there and loved the private entrance since they could come and go without disturbing the kids. One of the bedrooms has two queen beds in it which the kids loved being able to all be together. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we possible could need. It had a spice rack which i've never seen at a rental. The house was very comfortable and we LOVED the AC. They just installed it in the family room too and we were the first guests to enjoy it. I even bumped into the AC guy as they were finishing up when we arrived. The beds were also so comfortable!The location is perfect. Under a 1 minute drive to Poipu Beach. Less than a 2 minute drive to multiple restaurants and shopping and even a farmers market. Everything is so close and they had a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and so much more beach stuff it was more than we expected.I highly recommend staying here and Mike was so easy and had great communication. Cant wait to come back!

The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—even thoughtful extras that made the stay feel extra special. The location was perfect, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. Mike was a responsive and gracious host who clearly cares about his guests. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Truly a five-star stay—highly recommend!
