We loved staying at this VRBO! Check in through the condo office was very easy- instructions on how to do this were clear and sent in advance. The property was beautiful and directly across from Kam III beach. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities we needed (including shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent etc). Loved the snorkel gear and beach equipment that were provided. The air worked well and blinds helped make it nice and dark for sleep. Pool and hot tub were fun and we loved being so close to the beach and Waleai. There was some construction at the complex during our stay but it was never loud and the only impact it had on us was that it was open parking versus an assigned spot. We never had trouble finding a spot right by our building.
This condo worked perfectly for two couples. And we were happy to find beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - used them a ton! The location was great - we walked to dinner every night. We recommend this place!

Great location walking within 2 minutes to the beach. Condo has very thoughtful supplies and everything we needed. Multiple AC units. Unit is clean and quite. Definitely recommend this unit.
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during our vacation to Maui! This condo fit our family of five perfectly - it was so nice that our three children were able to stay in one room (1 queen & 1 twin) rather than someone having to sleep on a pull-out couch. It was nice for them to have their space while mom & dad had our own. So many included extras: (5 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, a boogie board, a cooler and ice packs, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner & body wash, etc. We loved having breakfast on the lanai most mornings and the kids enjoyed playing UNO in the spare moments between activities. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who needs a home away from home while on Maui!
We just spent 10+ days and it was perfect. This was our third time to this complex and the nicest unit we have been in. Access to the unit was right off the elevator but no noise concerns at all. View of the ocean from the lanai which was covered when it rained.
Bedrooms were great and the furnishings were very comfortable. The unit was stocked with a number of essentials for the beach, kitchen and washroom.
The complex as a whole was also great. We made use of the tennis courts and free pickleball classes when offered. Pool and various spas were also awesome and temperatures were great.
Communication with the hosts was also great. We didn’t have too many questions but they responded super quick and kept us updated on things even prior to our arrival.
We would definitely book this unit again!
The hosts were easy to contact and were very responsive to any questions. The condo was updated and clean. The beds were comfy. It was a very easy condo to live in for a week!
We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. The provided chairs umbrella and cooler were much appreciated. I also loved there were reusable ice blocks for the cooler. And the ice maker in the fridge. The beds were very comfy with nice bedding.
The place was great. Location great. We were there the night the fires started. JD and Rumi were amazing. They checked in on us to make sure we were ok and offered to have us stay in the place if we couldn't get off the island. Highly recommend this place and thank you to JD and Rumi for caring and looking after us.
We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured. Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen, for the beach and even a small library. Great location for all we did. AC and fans kept us cool. The lanai was a great place where we began and ended many of our days. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home.
