There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open concept living area. The lot is just under 1/2 of an acre - large for the area - providing both ample privacy and on property parking. There is a deck in the back providing a direct view of "the Mokes", one of the most photographed views anywhere. House is just a short drive or bike ride to the many amenities of downtown Kailua. HAWAII STATE TAX and TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX WILL BE ADDED TO THE DAY RATE. $1000 cleaning fee will be added as well.
