The 2nd level unit (not equipped for handicapped) catches the ocean breezes and comes with window A/Cs in all bedrooms, a living area, dining area, one off-street garage parking, and shared pool, washer, dryer, and poolside bathroom. An outside refrigerator is perfect for keeping drinks and snacks cold by the pool while entertaining friends and family.
The property is 75 yards from beach access to Lanikai Beach and one block away from Lanikai Park. Easy access to Lanikai Pillbox hike. Kailua Town is only 10 minutes away for a variety of shopping and dining. It is six miles from Marine Corps Base Hawaii, and 21 miles from Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Hawaii. Easy access to the Pali Highway, Likelike Highway, and H-3.
