This was likely the cleanest rental I’ve ever rented—and we rent a lot. Spotless. Host was fabulous. Location was great without the chaos of Honolulu traffic. Plenty of great food near the villa and easy travel to each area. Absolutely will stay here upon our next trip.
We had a great time staying at the villa. Our hosts were very quick to reply and very accommodating. We especially loved how the villa came with all the necessary beach items. Even when we inquired about lifejackets for snorkeling, our hosts purchased and dropped them off the next morning. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time in Hawaii. If we’re back in Oahu, we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you Precious and Broderick!
We stayed in a resort in Honolulu and were disappointed last year. This property and the Ko Olina area helped us to fall in love with Hawaii. Loved the property and loved the area. We would definitely stay there again.
The property overall was great! It was little time consuming entering and exiting the facilities due to location, but given the resort and tourist atmosphere this is expected.
Our host went above and beyond to help us settle in and feel at home. Her house was more than we could have asked for. Since we rented a car, the location made it easy to explore both the north and south shores of this beautiful island. Highly recommend!!
Lovely location, very relaxing with a neighborhood pool and nice restaurants within a couple miles. The owner was very responsive.
This place went beyond expectations. Place was clean and provided everything we need for a visit to the Islands.
The property was amazing by and exactly what my family was looking for. Nice and quiet and a close walk to the coves. The place was clean and well kept as well.
Our family had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Island Breeze Oasis! The property location was great. Everything you could need is n the kitchen. Appreciated the highchair and baby gates, especially the colourful one that could be stacked or unravelled to block off more than just the stairs from our little crawler! Precious was just a phone call away and super helpful especially when we had a forgetful moment with our passports on the last day! Hope to come back soon, aloha!
The hosts are great with communication. Very thoughtful and on top of things. Had everything we could need. Beach towels toys snorkels gas grill with extra tank kcups. Would 100% recommend. Can feel the love they put into thier home. Beds were hard, boogie boards could be replaced, and bedroom blinds let light in. Otherwise love love love.

We had a great time during our week in the Ko Olina area thanks largely to this rental. The owners are excellent at communicating throughout the process. Check-in was easy, and the owners took the time to meet us and walk us through the details of the house. We had a minor issue during our stay...it took no more than a text message to have them immediately respond and make a plan to rectify it. I was so impressed...this is exactly how a rental property should be managed.
The place is comfortable, with parking, good wifi (I had to work remotely one day), and all of the amenities one would need. We didn't end up using the pool or gym associated with the complex since we had family in the Marriott and Aulani, but the option was nice to have. The owners had extra bedding and cribs and gates for young children. We made use of the cooler, beach blankets, and beach toys as well.
Overall, glad we chose this place.
Beautiful property, wonderful host, and conveniently-located. Only complaint is that the HVAC thermometer kept automatically reseting to 78 deg F, which was too warm for me indoors.
This property is in a beautiful location close to the beach. It was clean and modern and the owners were very helpful and nice. My only observation for those looking to book is that it would only sleep 7 if your kids are little. There is 1 king bed with on suite, another bedroom with a queen bed and the pull out sofa is a full, my teenagers could barely fit it in the sofa bed but it worked out as there was room on the couch, just FYI
Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Precious was the perfect host and the property was perfect for our family’s vacation. Extremely clean, spacious, and a great location. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!
Grandparents, parents, one-year-old baby. Two bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. IDEAL. We were very comfortable. Place was spotless and every appliance worked: toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer/drier. Soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap supplied so no emergency trips. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Plus boogie boards and other beach items.
Did I mention we had a baby with us? There were high chairs, stair gate, pack-and-play, beach toys.
The host was easily accessible, friendly, and responsive.
There is a nice patio with grill. The grill needs new burners. It didn't affect us because weather prevented us from using the patio. The walls are reasonably soundproof. We didn't hear the neighbors.
This is a great place to be comfortable.

There is a lot that I want to say on this property, however. I am not allowed that many characters to type. So, I am going to try to leave a review two or three times and try To get my message out. Hopefully it works.
Property issues / items not talked about in most reviews:
When I review a property, I am just trying to bring to light issues that I have had and not to be negative but informative. This gives the next property renter an idea of what to expect, things you normally don’t hear about in any other review. All reviews say nice, clean, convenient but here are some issues to be aware of.
I will start by saying what everybody says about KoOlina. What a wonderful, gorgeous, beautiful, absolute Hawaii gem. My wife grew up in Hawaii but now lives in Las Vegas, however, she remembers as a kid that the KoOlina lagoons were the beaches to go to. That’s why we wanted to stay there.
Now, let’s get into what to expect when you stay at this property.
After paying THOUSANDS (x4) for the villa.
The THERMOSTAT is a smart thermostat which is set at 75 degrees and is controlled by the property owner or the property manager. This is not in the description of the property. My entire family sleeps with the windows open in the winter time. We sleep better with cool. We have a higher body temperature or a tolerance to cool weather. Even though there may be trade winds and ceiling fans that are provided in the rooms, it does not have adequate coolness for a comfortable night’s slee
