Absolutely excellent location for everything! Beach view, portions of yacht harbor. Restaurant on top is perfect, both pools are great but close too early. Shops and restaurant on main floor downstairs are excellent. Walk to Waikīkī beach less than 3 min. Car parking is too expensive at 33 across the street ( cross through Hilton and across sky bridge, less than 500 yards away ). Apartment balcony needs vision blocker ( vinyl board or similar ) on left side of balcony due to angle of building structure- to block that side s occupants to look into the apt. Curtains are efficient heat blockers but also make apt completely dark when closed- missing normal curtains for daytime use. Interior is nice n comfy and AC unit perfect. Could use replacement of all table light shades. Could use ceiling fan. Will come back!
The room was exactly as mention could of ben cleaner and update Microwave & Coffee Maker.
Overall we really enjoyed our time there. The view is amazing and there are shops in the hotel. The room could use a little touch up but overall its worth it!
The Ilikai is an ideal location and this small condo has all you need to enjoy it. While not luxurious, it is priced right and has all the amenities you need to be comfortable. The view is great. The location near the elevator is convenient. Bring your own towels and beach needs as none are provided. Contactless check in/out is simple with keypad access. No dishwasher but, really who needs one for a week in Hawaii.

The Ilikai is a lovely older hotel in a great location. This unit has a great view and was very comfortable. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was a great experience, super easy check in and out process, great area and wonderful view. Super easy to contact their friendly management.

The value for the location of the property was good. Please be aware that for any issues you will be speaking with a management company. For example, we called the manager for some extra blankets because the ones provided were pretty thin but was notified there was going to be an extra charge. The sofa bed could use a replacement (it was pretty thin and creaky) but I was overall satisfied and would stay again but bring some extra blankets.

Our stay at the Ilikai was Good! Location was within walking distance of many attractions! There were a few drawbacks that keep me from giving a 5 stars, 1. is we never got to experience the pools because they opened late, 10am and closed so early, at 6pm for the more “adult” pool and 7:30pm for the “family pool”. During the day I’d much rather be at one of the beautiful beaches but I found myself wanting to do the pool in the evenings but no. And 2. The unit definitely needs and upgrade in the mattress and furniture! The bed felt like a literal board with a master topper on it and the sofa was not much better. When we arrived, the bed was made with barely big enough white sheets(both flat sheets, no fitted bottom sheet, just a partially tucked flat sheet which kept coming off and a thin little throw cover folded at the bottom. We kinda was cold when sleeping all week. It wasn’t until we were leaving and checked under the bed to make sure we had everything that we noticed the comforter was balled up under the bed (I took a pic).
For me, a comfortable bed can make or break a stay!! All in all, our stay was good! The unit was in the beautiful Waikiki and it had a good view!

We had great time staying over here , walkable distance to lagoon and Waikiki beach , had excellent kitchen set up with all utensils.. Perfect stay, I would strongly recommend.
I think it was listed as a one bedroom and it was a studio.
The Ilikai is a very nice spot, great swimming pool.
The property was great. Perfect for a couple. The location was awesome and the view from the lanai was incredibly beautiful. I called for extra pillows and received them quickly. My only suggestion would be to add a blow dryer to the unit.

A little walk to get to the beach but we had a great view from the condo
The surf rental place and amenities of the hotel were very handy
The Hilton right beside give you access to some nice night life restaurant and music
My son surfed every single day
We had no problem staying at the ilikai
