Nice property & location.
This was our second time as a family to stay at Lae Nani. It is a perfect location for food and fun. You have a pool, ocean and man-made ocean break area to choose from. Perfect for the little ones or those that don’t want to compete with the waves. We had everything we could need in the unit and the owner even helped us with extras for our toddler. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again when our family returns to Kauai.
The place was terrific, clean, quiet and beautiful views. Host was terrific, location on the island was easy to get to airport, easy drives to south and north beaches. Highly recommend for a quiet, couples retreat! Btw, the 2nd bed is in the living room, so if you have two couples, it’s a bit less private.
We spent 3 nights and could have comfortably spent a week or more at this property. It was exactly as advertised, but the views are even more amazing in person! I am not natured, but I was perfectly comfortable in the unit with the fans and ocean breeze. No AC necessary. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo, with beautiful original artwork. Decorating and artwork worked together seamlessly. Spectacular views from the balcony and front room. Very quite. Good central location in town. Koi pond was another pleasant surprise. All upscale furnishings and kitchen appliances.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this unit. The location is fantastic for exploring all of Kauai and it conveniently located within Kapa'a with all its restaurants. The unit itself is very well appointed with a stunning view. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We would not hesitate staying here again.
Condo is beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Spent most of my time on the deck. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Resort is quiet and well taken care of. Owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Paradise!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the decor and how nicely updated the entire unit was. The decor in the main bathroom was so fun - felt like I was taking a shower in the jungle! The view from the lanai as absolutely amazing...couldn't be beat! It was also really nice having the murphy bed, and we actually slept there most of the time so we could hear the sound of the waves at night. Our first morning, we realized that the coffee maker wasn't working, but the property manager was super responsive and brought us another one before the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked and the plates/glasses/kitchenware were all really beautiful. The place was very clean and well-kept. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again the next time we go to Kauai!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit (2nd stay in the unit). The building in which the unit is located has amazing oceanfront views and convenient access to both the beach and pool. The unit was immaculate when we arrived and contained many of the essentials for our visit. We appreciated the prompt responses from the host when contacted and found their hospitality to be top-notch. I would highly recommend this unit to prospective guests, and we will definitely be back.
This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the view and the condo has everything we need. We like staying in the middle of the island with all locations accessible. The owners are very communicative and prompt. We will miss this!
This condo is absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing, the condo is exceptionally clean and well furnished and the location is perfect. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and, because no one was checking in immediately after us and we had a late flight, even allowed us to have a late check out our last day. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property!
We spent 3 nights at this Lae Nani condo and wished we'd stayed longer. The location and view are amongst the finest in Kapaa. The unit was nicely equipped and creatively decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center. We travel a lot and recommend this condo.
The condo was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and there is a nice little beach right in front that has easy access for small children or those that may be hesitant of large winter swells.

The location is great. It’s pretty central to the area. There’s no need to look for another beach when there’s a beautiful one right outside the condo. Walk to restaurants and shopping. The place is amazing.
