Beautiful ocean view! Thoroughly enjoyed sound of the waves in our unit. Very much enjoyed the beach adjacent to the beautiful grounds.

Unit was nicely decorated and in great condition. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and boogie board. Property manager was easy to deal with.Would definitely stay again and probably will.Mahalo.

We loved that the beach is nearby with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Old Town Kapa'a is just minutes away with an authentic island vibe. The central location was perfect. I would book this spot again for our next trip to the island.

The pictures don't even begin to do this property justice. The landscaping is immaculate. The unit itself has been updated throughout. The shower is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. When we arri ed the tv was set to Hawaiian music which totally set the vibe. Evethebproperty is still very quiet.
This unit was great for our recent trip to Kauai! It's right on the beach and the grounds are beautiful with views of the bay and mountains. The unit was very clean and had a really nice deck that overlooked the bay. The owner was great to work with too! We'll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Kauai!
The property and location was great. One thing we missed was a washer/dryer in unit. They had one close you paid for, which was reasonable. It was well equipped, and we added a crock pot to their kitchen. Had one issue, and Bernadette was on it! Would rent again!
We had a pleasant stay. The grounds are amazingly beautiful. The view was fantastic. Very relaxing time.
The condo was perfect. The view from the Lani was wonderful. The location, was within walking distance of coconut market place with restaurants and shops. Kirsten was great to work with and always very responsive. Lots of good quality pots and pans to cook with. Beach is ok for swimming. Nice to lay on lawn chairs on lawn and go in water for a quick dip.
We were right on our own private beach yet still walking distance to many restaurant and bars. Also, an easy 20-30 min drive up to the north and 20-30 min down to the south. Very centrally located and host was very responsive. Would stay here again.
Kirsten has a lovely Lae Nani condo overlooking the Wailua Bay. She is easy to communicate with, and we had a wonderful time staying in her unit!
The Lae Nani condos are located in our favorite part of Kauai, and this particular unit was clean, nicely appointed and great in all ways. Many thanks to the owner/managers.
Really enjoyed our stay, close to the pool and beach. Very quiet since you’re one block off Kuhio Highway, but easy access to the north and south. Park like grounds with lots of shade made for nice evenings outside. Condo is well appointed, with everything you need for your stay.
Was here on Kauai in 2017 so great to come back and visit again. Kapaa is a nice, central location for exploring the island. This condo was perfect for my wife and I.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful condo! Both place and location were fantastic. The condo had so much room for both of us and had everything we needed. Our favorite thing to do was have coffee every morning on the balcony that overlooks the beach. The condo is also located within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace and several really good restaurants. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. The view is fantastic, the grounds are well-kept, and it was not a busy/loud complex. The Kapa’a area has some great dining options nearby and is roughly equidistant from the south shore (Poipu/Waimea area) and the north side (Princeville/Hanalei). Be careful in the shower, as it is slippery. The unit is a bit dated (especially the bathrooms) but most of our week was spent enjoying the outdoors. Overall, a great stay that we don’t regret.
Stayed in late August accompanied by a brush with Hurricane Hone. Very humid and warm. No AC (as listed) but two ceiling fans and a portable box fan were somewhat helpful. Unit is dated and is supposedly going to be renovated soon. Some of the fixtures and linens are in need of replacement or not working. Lai Nani Resort has a really nice pool and beach and the whole complex is very well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful
The location was perfect. It was beautiful. The scenery was magnificent. The conduit itself was nicely appointed. The unit had not been cleaned properly, no hand soaps no tissue icemaker wasn’t working. Had to buy ice trays, stove was filthy as well as the main bathroom, The property manager was notified and responded with a credit to my stay as well as reimbursement for the cost of all the cleaning supplies and Kleenex and hand soap.
Lae Nani was the perfect condo and had everything we needed. From the start, communication was easy with Kirsten. She shared all needed info. The views were unbelievable. The property had beautiful landscaping and added to the whole experience. The condo was in the perfect location for exploring the island. We would definitely book again with Kirsten! We had such a wonderful stay!

close by. Loved the tropical feel and comfortable accommodations with a great balcony overlooking the grounds and beach.

We loved every minute here! The condo was everything and more! The views were amazing and super close to walk to so many places- Lava Lava, Coconut Market etc. The pool was fantastic, the grounds beautiful, sitting on the lanai for breakfast each day was priceless! The pictures accurately show the wonderful view and property. The complex is very well kept, the landscaping is colorful and gorgeous; the pool is clean and refreshing. The location is well situated, close to Lihue and then to Hanalei, and grocery stores, restaurants. The condo is dated, but is well maintained and clean.
Great property and amenities. We had flash flooding on the island during our 3 day stay, but enjoyed our beautiful view, beachfront and strolls down the beach. Would definitely stay again
