At Lae Nani #511, you will feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and listening to the soothing sound of the ocean’s waves breaking on the shore. The location of this three-bedroom suite is ideal, providing views of the ocean as well as gorgeous panoramic views of Lae Nani’s immaculate grounds and is literally just steps from the beach. The beach has something for the entire family, whether you want to boogie board, swim, snorkel, or just relax in the quiet waters protected by surrounding coral reefs. The lava rock protected pool area is ideal for families with small children. The condo is also only a short walk to the pool if you are looking to relax in a different environment and soak up sun on one of the many lounge chairs.

This large three bedroom, two-bath condo has been completely remodeled, and is professionally decorated. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances making it ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful, large table, providing seating for six people. Additional stools at the kitchen bar add seating for the kids.

The living room is decorated with comfortable coastal furniture allowing you to relax and unwind. The sliding door off the living room provides easy access to your lanai; perfect for coffee or breakfast at sunrise, a peaceful setting for dinner, or a place to gather for cocktails at sunset. After an exciting day of exploring the island of Kauai, you will retire to comfortable sleeping quarters that will accommodate up to six people. The master bedroom offers a pillow-top king size bed and private lanai with views of the ocean, the first guest room also provides a pillow-top king size bed and the second guest room has two twin beds. There are two beautifully remodeled bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the second for the two guest rooms with access for all guests from the main hallway. We can accommodate 6 people.

Flat screen HDTV’s are in each bedroom and as well as one in the living room. Overhead plantation fans are in each room providing added air circulation on top of the favorable Hawaiian trade winds that flow through the living spaces. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided and will be found in the hallway closet. There is free parking onsite and free WI-FI available. The Lae Nani property amenities include; a beautiful heated pool, overlooking the Wailua Bay, gas barbecues conveniently located on the grounds, a lighted tennis court, and resort laundry facilities.

Lae Nani is located on Kauai’s east side, just north of Lihue on the Coconut Coast. This ideal location provides the best starting point for your island adventures. Poipu is only approximately 30 minutes south, and you can reach the Princeville area in approximately 45 minutes.

Lae Nani does not have A/C. Typically the trade winds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the guest bedrooms can be opened along with the louvers in the ocean facing parts of the condo to allow for the flow of air.

Nearby activities include: Hiking, Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Shopping and Dining, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Surfing and Helicopter Rides. Lae Nani is only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). Served by several airlines with easy connections to many mainland cities.
