What a beautiful property! The unit itself is a bit dated inside, but clean and comfortable. The location is walkable to the coconut market, restaurants, several beaches and even the wailua river. We spent the most time at the beach directly in front of the unit. Will return.
This is a beautiful, comfortable condo with lots of amenities. The view from the balcony was lovely and the grounds and pool, also. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was well- appointed. Lots of towels.
We really enjoyed the lanai every morning for breakfast, the view of the ocean and mountains is great. The unit is comfortable, but it doesn't have AC. The bedrooms are in the back, there's little breeze that makes it back there. They have lots of portable fans, but a couple of evenings it was pretty stuffy sleeping.
They had towels, chairs, a cooler and other things for the beach and other adventures around the island.

I would highly recommend this condo, great location and near stores and restaurants. Beautiful views from the lanai. The only reason I gave the online listing a 4 instead of a 5,is that I asked about beach equipment, primarily a beach umbrella.Mgt kept saying they were not sure and what you see is what they have, they did not seem to know that in the storage closet (kind of hidden) on the lanai they have everything you could possible want for the beach.
I just wish the condo Mgt would have known as well and I could have saved the $30.00 I spent on a umbrella. I asked for a credit but they denied me.
Place was clean and kitchen well stocked.
This condo was amazing! It’s WAY better than the photos! The property is beautiful! The condo is filled will all the necessities! My family had a wonderful vacation here! I highly recommend this condo for your vacation!
This condo was the perfect base for our three-day visit in Kauai. Sunrises on the beach were gorgeous and the pool was refreshing. We walked to Coconut Marketplace often for food, coffee, adult bevs and souvenirs. Definitely recommend this condo!
We loved our stay here. We experienced 3 issues; 2 of the 3 were handled fairly promptly by Vacasa:
1. The parking pass was nowhere to be found. We have stayed at this property before (in a different condo) & we know where to find the parking pass off hours. At around 1pm on our second day and after several texts/emails with Vacasa, they brought a temporary parking pass to our condo.
2. Our deadbolt stopped working. We went two days & nights without being able to lock our door. Thankfully it’s a very safe neighborhood, but nonetheless it made us nervous. Vacasa finally rectified the situation, but it took longer than we were comfortable with. There didn’t seem to be a sense of urgency.
3. The code they gave us for the pool gate didn’t work. I texted w/Vacasa support, & after trying the different codes they gave me with no success, one of the residents felt bad for me & gave me their code.
The condo is very clean, but it is older and could use a refresh. Especially the shutters in the twin bedroom. The carpet in the main living area could use a deep clean. Beds were comfy although a bit too soft for our liking (all 4 adults on the trip agreed).
The kitchen has everything you could need. More ice trays would be nice.
6 beach towels are provided, beach chairs in closet are in ok condition, & there’s no umbrella.
The view from the deck is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Overall the condo is fine but next time we’ll stay in a more updated unit with a washer/dryer.
