Kuleana Resort 313 is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious California King bed, complemented by 1 window A/C unit for added comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ideal for extra guests. The bathroom is equipped with a glass-door walk-in shower and a separate vanity area. Please note that the resort does not have elevator access, and the condo is located on the third floor.
This well-equipped unit offers all the comforts of home, including a fully appointed kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances. The cozy living area comes with a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or staying connected. The condo's Hawaiian-inspired décor is complemented by ceiling fans, ensuring a cool, comfortable environment throughout your stay. Kuleana is well known for its grounds which are located on seven acres with walkways surrounded by gorgeous plumeria and ironwood trees, all types of hibiscus, ginger, and palms. The Kuleana complex consists of 7 low rise buildings (no higher than 3 floors). Most locations in Maui require you to drive somewhere, but Kuleana has its own SECRET – a pocket beach, a beautiful little cove situated within the gated grounds. 3 miles north), you will be able to snorkel among schools of reef fish and swim among green turtles without leaving the resort. There is a large, heated swimming pool suitable for lap swimming, a tennis court, putting green and a shuffleboard court. In the lanai-like lobby, you will find a ping-pong table, an honor library, an activity booking desk, and reception. There is an on-site coin laundry and free parking. A popular feature of the resort is the four BBQ grill area situated on the ocean's edge. Watching the sunset over the sea and the lighting of the tiki torches, while grilling, is a memorable experience.

Great Stay, the grounds, pool, and beach are amazing. Watched sea turtles and whales play in the surf. Unit is well appointed and comfortable. Sunsets on the lanai were awesome. 😎

The condo was very nice and the grounds beautiful. We would stay again. Unfortunately, we were there when Hurricane Dora passed by. We lost power from the wind and headed into Lahaina searching for coffee in the morning. We ended up heading to Kihei for the day and then returned passing through Lahaina about forty five minutes before the fire shut down the road. We were very lucky to not have been there at the wrong time.
The resort has propane BBQs that came in handy for residents to cook on, since the power was out. People came together and shared what food they had. The resort also housed some of those who had just been evacuated from Lahaina.

Everything was lovely as far as condo, location and grounds. No shade or umbrellas at pool. Only two mismatched beach towels w/ no in unit washer. I understand people are disrespectful and hard on short term rentals however the constant stream of negative emails, texts and posted messages in the condos was a lot. The 10 am checkout seemed to garner the most threats followed by the loss of pool key. I removed one star for this reason.

Great spot, close to pool but quieter than expected. Great whales, turtles and surfing off the property.
Place was clean, really nice dishware and well stocked cabinets.

We rented the condo at Kahana. It was very nicely decorated and supplied with what ever you need to cook a meal. The bed was very comfortable. We have stayed at this condo complex several times but this was the first in this condo. It had a nice view and a great balcony. The pictures are very accurate. The air conditioner is in the bedroom and keep us cool all night. The fan in the living room was just right for day time. We would stay again.
