Amazing ocean view with a wonderful lanai to view it from. Quiet location with everything you need to vacation comfortably. We had the best time.
The beach view was great and pool area also very good. I did have a problem with no storage for clothes, seems like a basic needq
Great place, great vibe. Property is well maintained, nice staff and clean amenities (pool area and BBQ). Perfect location for us (West side of Maui). AC was sufficient and washer and dryer really useful. It was an amazing stay for our family.
Great space with an amazing view. This is our second time staying in this unit and we love it. The property is well maintained and the pool is one of the best on the west side. Looking forward to returning next year!
The condo was cozy and clean with a remarkable view! We enjoyed grilling overlooking the water and the nightly whale call. We enjoyed coffee from the lanai in the mornings while watching the whales breach. We even got to surf just off the shore and swim with turtles. All from the property!
Property was quiet and laid back. Friendly neighbors. Adequate parking and nice view of the ocean.
Great views, whale watching from lanai, memorable sunsets, very clean and comfortable…easy walk/car to restaurants and groceries.Only negatives were (1) hearing road noise from bedroom (living room and lanai were great, can only hear the waves crashing) (2) all the straps on beach chairs broken, minor inconvenience.
Beautiful property. Wonderful views clean easygoing atmosphere. Quiet in the evenings. Comfortable and close to everything you need to relax and enjoy Hawaii. Would definitely recommend!
The space is exactly as it looks online, the balcony is quite spacious and was our favorite place to hang out! The views are excellent and while not exactly waterfront, you could still hear and see the waves! We really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we didn’t want to eat out each night during our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, some of the best sleep I’ve had while not at home. Lots of storage space to unpack and get comfy! The area was perfect!! We loved being able to explore the island or just the beaches south and north of our location. There is a very small rock strewn beach on the property that is nice to explore or watch a sea turtle napping! The grills were spotless and great to cook on. The grounds meticulously maintained! 10/10 recommend!
We recently stayed at this place, and it was everything we’d hoped for! The views are absolutely stunning — we spent every evening on the balcony just soaking up the sunsets. The place itself is beautifully decorated, really clean, and feels cozy yet modern. Having air conditioning was a big plus, especially since it got a little warm in the afternoons.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, though we did end up trying a few of the local spots nearby. It was the perfect balance between a relaxing home-away-from-home and a beach getaway. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic escape, I’d highly recommend this spot!
This is our second stay at the Kuleana and it did not disappoint. Beautiful grounds with pool and water access. Low key but close to shops and dining. Staff are super helpful and polite. Will be coming back soon! Mahalo🌺
Overall stay was fine, but lacked cleanliness in many areas.

A wonderful three week stay. This condo has the best view of the ocean. Great views from lanai for sunsets. The pool is also amazing. And nice to have laundry facilities in unit.
(Could use a few storage containers in the kitchen, but that’s minor.) lots of nearby restaurants and groceries. Great place
Everything was wonderful. The Condo is exactly what you see in the photos. Close to lots of beaches and restaurants. Clean property and great security. Will be back.
Everything was as advertised and had a great view of the ocean and sunset.
The view from the Lanai was perfect. Every morning we lost count of the he whales we were seeing. So special!
The unit suited our needs as we were only 2 people. I think this would be tight with more then 2.
The Property Manager was very responsive when we noticed a missing kettle and when informing us of the need to enter our unit due to an emergency in a neighbouring unit. The workers cleaned up after they left and everyone communicated to ensure we were up to date. We appreciated everyone's efforts on that. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
Two things that I would highlight for travelers. This is a noisy part of town given night traffic you can hear from the bedroom and the early construction vehicles working up the hill. Additionally there were limited kitchen items in the unit that we have seen in other VRBO rentals (i.e. no pepper, no cling wrap or sandwich bags, only 1 wine glass, etc).
The place was everything the pictures showed on the website ,the view was amazing. Our only concern was the checkout time was so early coming from Canada there is no flights to get you in before check in which is 4 pm the flights are usually around midnight ours was late ( 4 am) and check out at 10 and our flight was 12 midnight so we lost a whole day that we had to pay for. No fault from you but I think that the renters need to look at that better so we are getting what we pay for. I’m sure it’s happening all the time. The only other thing would be the bedroom being in the back the road noise was loud ( double pane would fix that) Everything else was great. Thank you for sharing your place with us 😊going to miss those sunsets
