Kulalani 2202 is the perfect home base for your Big Island vacation. The model is floorplan A2 which is the largest townhome floorplan in the Kulalani community. With its large master suite on the ground floor and two guest bedrooms upstairs, this spacious abode accommodates a single couple or a party of six comfortably. Its large two car garage has plenty of room for the beach chairs and toys we provide in addition to two cars, so you never have to seek out parking.
About half of our bookings are returning guests. Several have stayed here every year for the eleven years that we've owned the home. Come see why so many guests want to return.
Start your mornings with sunlight filtering through the private meditation garden and master bath, and illuminating the two-story central hallway. Enjoy lazy sunny afternoons and evening sunsets on the spacious wrap-around lanai. Kulalani 2202 features true indoor/outdoor living with walls of glass that open fully to join the living room with the lanai and adjacent lawn. The well-appointed kitchen will satisfy the “master chefs” in your party, and you can choose between the tastefully-designed dining room or the covered eating area on the lanai for your meals.
The master bedroom is a private retreat within your retreat. The California King bed, comfy reading chair, window seat, huge walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom make the master suite a wonderful place to enjoy private time. The “Bamboo Forest” guestroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, walk-in closet, hand-painted walls and views of spectacular Mauna Kea. The “Surf Shack” guestroom, with twin beds that can be converted to a standard king if needed, is great for the youngsters or young-at-heart in your group. You’ll dream about catching that next big wave and, on the clearest mornings, you’ll be able to see all the way to Maui.
Our priority in furnishing Kulalani 2202 has been comfort, quality, and pleasing design so that you can enjoy a "top-drawer" experience. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, it is not allowed inside or outside our unit. D.

The location and house was awesome!! It was very clean, well stocked and had a great patio. It is so worth staying here for the private beach. Our whole family loved going there. The weather on this part of the island is ideal as well. Great stay!!

Bruce and Eric's townhouse is truly exceptional. It's impeccably stocked with everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, and boogie boards.
The townhouse is both stylish and spacious, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We loved enjoying sunsets and meals on the lanai.
Bruce and Eric's detailed welcome binder was a lifesaver. Filled with insider tips on restaurants, beaches, and excursions, it's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience.
The property manager, Ann, was incredibly responsive and helpful.
We highly recommend this property to our family and friends. If we ever return to the Big Island, we'll definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend this property. It was an amazing place to stay during our recent vacation. The property manager was easy to communicate with and provided great information to us before our stay and during our stay if there was a need. The kitchen was impressively stocked with all of the essential kitchen items we could have wanted to utilize (pots/pans, dining items, utensils etc.). The patio/lanai was a perfect place to relax or play an evening game. There were items for snorkeling and playing in the water, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The home was very comfortable and in a beautiful location it is located near beaches which are family friendly for both playing and snorkeling. Day trips, to view scenery and explore are easily done from this location. There is a booklet at the home with pamphlets and areas of interest, these are very useful - we had done research prior to arriving, but looking through it allowed us to find other areas of interest.

This is a great home. Lovely and comfortable. They have everything you could possibly need and more.
We love Mauna Lani and the beach club/beach there. The pools are super and the neighborhood is quiet and private. The condo’s large sliders allow full open air into the living room. The outdoor kitchen and eating area are comfortable. The floor plan is very functional. The bikes were fun. The beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas were useful.
This is a great home. We will definitely be back.

We LOVED everything about the condo. Size, location, proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, pool and fitness area. It was so well equipped with so many different necessities, its was awesome!
We would definitely stay again and recommend the condo to anyone we know bisoting the bog island.

Very nice 3 bedroom home in a gated community. Always love the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the shopping center. Home was clean and kitchen was well supplied. 5 min walk to 2 pools/hot tubs. My only comment is that the king size bed is very high off the ground, making it a climb to get into bed every evening. Note also the two other bedrooms are upstairs in case you have accessibility issues.

We have stayed at several condos in Mauna Lani. This was our first stay at Kulalani and it was amazing!
The condo was luxurious, very comfortable and exceptionally well stocked with beach items and kitchen supplies.
The large main floor master bedroom / ensuite was elegant, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
The large two car garage, connected directly to the condo, was very handy when returning after a day exploring.
We really enjoyed the large and welcoming wraparound lanai for morning coffee and evening chats.
We hope to stay again,.. and again.

This place is beautiful inside and out. Every detail has been well thought out and it is clear that the owner takes pride in this home. My teenage sons could not get a bough of the yard—perfect for their passing game practices and my adult daughter loved being out on the lanai. As a chef, the kitchen had everything one could possibly need to prepare anything from a quick snack to a fancy meal. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
