Any minor issue was addressed immediately. LOVED the quick text response. So many great things only suggestions would be stronger internet (not even sure that is possible) and more beach towels
We stayed at this wonderful house for 6 nights. It was exactly as described and identical to the photos. We had a few minor snafus w/ some kitchen appliances, but the manager was incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend !

Clean, spacious amazing home located in paradise. Wonderful backyard pool & spa with comfortable seating & outside fireplace. Comfortable beds, enough for everyone. Four bathrooms.

We travel to frequently to Hawaii and used to live there. This is hands-down the most beautiful property we have overstated and I would purchase it and if it were possible!!!! Pure paradise

The listing really doesn’t do this property justice. The home is in a wonderful location with ocean, mountain, and golf course views. The surrounding area from the home is gorgeous and the plants and lake are beautiful. Very short walk to the beach and local shops. Perfect location….beautiful home and views!! Only thing I would change is the quality of the Wi-Fi but that was a small inconvenience. Highly recommend this property!
The location of the house was great. We loved lounging by the pool and spending time together on the back lanai. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped and love the orchids through out the house. Nice touch.

We have been taking family vacations for the past 10 years, during Spring Break. We have been to many exciting places ie Mexico, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Island. This is our 2nd family trip to Kauai. All of the homes we have rented have been outstanding all with private pools and beautifully furnished. Like anything there are always problems that have to be dealt with. We had only 1 little glish this time and it was with the WiFi. The speed with which the management staff responded was outstanding and by far the best over all service we have ever received. The house was outstanding, it is always difficult to find something that satisfies 6 different people but we all agreed this home meant all of your expectations and needs. Having 2 bedroom and 2 baths plus a den upstairs was perfect so our daughter and her family . They had their own space and my husband and myself had a large downstairs bedroom with ensuite bath with a walk-in shower that also had access to an outdoor shower. We especially liked that the location was private with lush vegetation we hardly notices there were homes on each side. Lastly, we were within walking distance of the beach and daily walked to the Village for our Latti, We look forward to another trip here in the near future.

Beautiful property. Perfect location. There was even a bonus with fruiting mango & banana tree! Short stroll to the ocean & gorgeous sunset viewing.
Our party of eight recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home with wonderful views of ocean and mountains. The pool and spa were amazing. We spent the majority of our trip using the pool and back lanai. The outdoor grill did not function properly and needs to be replaced and some patio furniture including the pool chairs were in poor condition. We had an issue with WiFi and our front door latch and contacted management company and they sent someone over right away. I would recommend this property to any family! Many memories made on this trip.

The pictures do not do this home justice. Beautiful views from every room and overall vibe of the house is so homey and relaxing. Great location. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We’ve been coming to Kauai for the last 20 years and have rented beautiful homes but this one is our favorite
