Once you book your stay, you’ll receive my direct phone number. We’ll ask for your email address, phone number, and home mailing address so we can send a hard copy of access information about a month before your arrival.

You can call or text me (Ning) anytime with questions. One week before your stay, we’ll also email you a detailed digital welcome guide.

On your arrival day, please text or call our home manager, Evan Price. He will meet you at the villa to provide a personal tour and orientation, including:

Operating the pool robot and auto-cover

Lighting the BBQ and fire pit

Connecting your phone to the speaker system via AirPlay

Using Alexa voice commands for lighting and convenience

Both Evan Price are available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay.
- The Jasmine villa is in Kukuiula . Guests do not have access to the Kukuiula golf course and Kukuiula Club

- The Villa can accommodate up to 18 adults and 4 children and 2 babies. Extra guest fee above 10 people will apply on the rental cost. $35/person/night fee request will be sent via resolution center, additional charge.

-Mid-clean will apply for 10 nights or longer stay

We could refer to external services; private chef, massage, yoga. These activities can come and service on-site

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $450 cancellation fee for all cancellations.
If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount, minus the $450 cancellation fee.
