Let me just say I would stay here in a heartbeat . Wonderful location in turtle bay on north shore . This has to be the most well stocked vrbo I have ever stayed at. The host thought of everything !!! All rooms well done and nicely decorated . Very friendly. Off the back patio —- hammock is gone and so is the tree , but nice table and view of a pond. Short walk to beach and pool is a few steps out the front door. Hiking turtle bay is gorgeous . That being said hubby said he would not stay here . Our 28 year stayed in the loft and the lack of ceiling fan in the master and the ac unit just wasn’t as comfortable as hubby wanted for the upstairs area. We did go in sept and it’s slightly warmer that time of year than other months. Keep in mind due to the layout , master bedroom window unit blows directly on the one side of the bed Again I would stay. It was a seamless experience .
Great place, stayed with another couple. Easy walk to the Ritz and only a short drive to nearby towns. Great place to stay North.

Our stay at Kuilima Estates was wonderful! The condo was well appointed with anything you might need. It had a beautiful golf course and pond view and was close to the pool. We would return again!Thanks for a great stay!
Great North Shore condo located on the golf course, near a large pond that attracted so many types of birds. My daughter especially enjoyed hand-feeding the red-crested cardinals! Comfortable for our 6 member, 3 generation family. Well-stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, right across from the lovely, large quiet pool, about an hour's drive to Pearl Harbor (especially due to the beach traffic), close to Kuilima Cove Beach and other North Shore Beaches, as well as Waimea Valley where you can swim under its waterfall. Highly recommend this condo! Management provided all the acess codes (however several were changed last minute and only sent in response to my text saying we would arrive a 15 minutes before the 4 pm check in time (seemed like an last minute after-thought).
Right on golf course. Walking distance to LeiLei’s and Proshop. Pool ten steps from front front door. Full amenities. We had a wonderful time and accommodations were first class. A
The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect to open doors and windows and just feel the ocean breeze. Did not need air conditioning at all. Within walking distance of the resort restaurants. Property was clean and owners were quick to respond to questions. Pool is right outside the door. Nice to have a table sitting outside to have morning coffee. Highly recommend this unit. Plenty of beds and space to spread out.
This was a very nice place with an attention to details. The kitchen was well appointed. The place had a couple surf boards, boogie boards, and even a cooler to take your drinks to the beach. Clean and very comfortable.

This area was an excellent location for our north shore stay. Close to turtle bay resort, Polynesian cultural center, and many excellent food trucks. Accommodations were comfortable and had most of the things we needed (minus any sort of sharp knives, or gas bbq). Communication with property owner always took many days through the app to receive response. However, texting during our stay was much quicker. Regardless, everything went relatively smoothly and I would stay in this area again.
I loved the fact that you could walk out the back right onto the golf course and near a pond.
Nice place for larger group, clean and comfortableLoved the swing and outdoor space.The next door neighbor was a grump, complained about the kids being outside making noise before 8 am. Seemed to think that because this was his home vacationers should stay away or sleep in til 10

The view out the lanai is so peaceful and calm! We spent mornings enjoying our coffee and peaceful surroundings watching the birds. Everyone in our group loved the hammock! Daughter even took an afternoon nap in it. The weather was temperate and airflow through the unit was good so we didn't use the AC units.
Interior has an open floor plan. The kitchen was well-stocked with many unbreakable dishes and cooking essentials. We appreciate the unbreakable dishes for our 4 year old! The large french door frig had plenty of storage space, but a non-working water dispenser. The glass stove top and oven worked well. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. Beds were comfortable! Good detailed instructions from the owners about surrounding area and check out procedures.
The unit does shows its wear and could use a little TLC. There were no working lights in the loft area, and the bunk bed was a bit wobbly. One of the steps on the staircase had a strip of packing tape wrapped around it on one side. It felt safe to use, just not sure why the tape. The stove worked well, but the heat setting for the burners were worn off leaving us to guess the settings. Also the TV in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work. The TV had no power cord, only a note on the screen “do not use.”
Despite those few inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again. This unit was a great vacation place with easy walk to the stables and beach area
Great place. Loved the location and quiet after our 5 days in Honolulu. Worked out great for family enjoyed our stay.
Suggestions. Sharp knife for cutting pineapple and cantaloupe .

We really enjoyed staying in Turtle Bay. We had the best time. Beds were comfy and it was in a great location. Lots of towels, snorkeling gear etc. Will definitely be back.
We were all separated so difficult to get together. We did have one dinner with everyone which was nice.

My family and I (adult children, spouse) stayed 5 nights. We absolutely loved this condo! We adored the spectacular view of the golf course and pond, the visiting birds with our morning coffee, the amazingly appointed beach tote (all you could need!), the quiet and safe neighborhood, the ease of finding all we needed at this great location, and the beautifully appointed home. We had everything we needed for comfort, and the rooms, beds, towels and kitchen were clean and comfortable. The condo looks exactly as presented, very lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat...we were sad to leave this little piece of paradise!
The unit was clean for the most part. Cleaners need to do a better job of getting behind night stands, and tables. AC unit in downstairs bedroom didn’t cool the room enough so we relied on the living room unit and left our bedroom door open.
Location on Turtle Bay resort was great for exploring and we actually saw 2 young Hawaiian Monk Seals out at hole 17 of the Arnold Palmer course!! Respect the wildlife in Hawaii as they are beautiful and need our protection.
This is an older unit, but was comfortable for the 5 adults that stayed here.
I’d recommend this location to friends and family.
