It was a great property and the location was perfect!
Great location and a good size for our family. Some amenities are dated. (One older TV only, none in rooms, and isn’t a smart tv so you can’t use any streaming services) otherwise it was clean and comfortable. AC worked fine, appliances worked, and kitchen and bathrooms well stocked.
We had good communication except when we needed help with the sheets. The upstairs sheets were stained and when we checked in around 10:00 P.M. we text the two contacts and didn't get a response until after 11:00 when we had retired. Not wanting to sleep on what looked like blood stained sheets, we took them off and slept with our own blankets. Because I didn't want to lower your rating, I still gave 5 stars overall because the rest of the property was clean with beautiful surroundings, and the check in was easy. We should have probably been given a percentage off for our issue with the sheets though. Thank-you.
This property was great. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our 2 teens loved having the loft to themselves. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for meals. Even though it's not directly on the water, it's a quick walk to the resort beach and the pool is right by the unit. Property manger was quick to respond to any messages.
We had a wonderful time, enjoyed meals at the Ritz, did not use the pools/grounds as we were only there on the weekend but we would have loved to extend our trip (next time). Note: not a smart tv so that was the only real bummer as our kiddo really wanted to watch a show and there were no kids programming. Easy fix with a smart tv as we could just sign into our own account to use. Other than that, we loved everything.
Everything was great! Perfect location to Turtle Bay beach, Polynesian Cultural Center, food truck parks, beaches, just everything! Pools were nice to swim in the evenings! Condo had all the amenities such as beach towels, kitchen items, beach toys, etc!
Only a 2 night stay. Property was clean, well-maintained with a good location. Close driving distance to all the beaches and activities around North Shore.

Overall the property was good and worked well with our family. The location was great and we enjoyed walking over to Turtle Bay. It was nice to have more space after being in a hotel room on another part of the island. When we first arrived our kids found a few small ants in the loft. Over the course of the time we were there the ants became more prevalent. We kept all of our food well sealed but still found them in the pantry, front entry, loft, and main bedroom. When we contacted the hosts they said this hadn’t been an issue before but they would have their pest control come back out.

Very comfortable, great location. Patio door needs some minor adjustments to ensure a smoother run on the track.Plenty of towels, shampoo, etc.We had a chicken laying eggs and hatching chicks on the balcony so we had some nature entertainment as well!We would def stay again.

The place was exactly what we needed even with extra space for our little family of 3. Check-in was a breeze, communication (before, during and after) was a pleasure. We only reached out for one thing and the quick respose was perfect.Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Everything about this Condo was nice. The only thing that we had to report was the leaking A/c unit up in the loft. Everythimg else was stellar and we csnt wait to return. We loved the lanai which overlooked the golf course. It was besutiful & serene
Nestled within Turtle Bay golf course, an ideal location for golf, Wailea beach, and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The kitchen was fully stocked fufullystocked.wi.kitchenessentials
We had a great stay, this is a nice quiet location close to everything on the other side of Ohau. The condo is equiped well enough that we were able to do some cooking and hang out after dark comfortably. It was great to have beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys included as well. We would for sure stay here again.
This is in a great location. Easy access to beaches, walking trains and restaurants. Great apartment layout with well-stocked kitchen. Easy drive to Honolulu area during off hours.
During a rainstorm, we had a leak in the bedroom and over the sliding glass door. Owner was very responsive to my observation and was in immediate contact with the HOA for repairs. I’m sure this place will be back to standard very soon.
The Good: Excellent location, well stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and paper towels, brand new beach chairs (4), nice cooler for day trips, free parking, tile on bottom floor, pretty view on the deck, AC in living room and upstairs bedroom excellent.
The Bad: Ants in the bathrooms (I would suggest Talstar to eliminate) kitchen cabinets need good cleaning inside and out, Tub in downstairs bath drains so slowly you have to take a shower in standing water (gross), no fan in downstairs bath, upstairs carpet stained, AC unit in downstairs bedroom never cooled the room at 72 degrees, which is the max you can set it for according to directions, Living room furniture not sufficient for 4 adults, no TV's in bedrooms (my fault for not checking the listing carefully, but we usually expect to have them on vacation), deck covered with bird poop. No place is perfect, but this unit could be fantastic with attention to a few details.
It is a lovely condo. We enjoyed event moment when we were there.

The condo was perfect for our family of five. Had pretty much everything we needed. Enjoyed the balcony. Great new AC units. Wonderful location.
Check in, parking and instructions were clear. Lots of start up items, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags. Beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies were good. Some could use replacing but all that was needed was provided. 4 new beach chairs are on the lanai which was a huge bonus for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the place and would highly recommended.
We had a wonderful 7 night stay. The air conditioning was great...it was spacious and accommodated my husband and I and 2 of our adult children. The chairs for the beach were brand new, and beach towels for all. Kitchen was well stocked. This was a fiftieth anniversary trip and our other children staying in other condos thought ours was the best for price and space! Thanks Aimee and Jason!
Listing stated new furniture, but the main level bedroom king bed had right and left side dips. The barstools in the kitchen were almost worn through on the backs. The listing also said there were beach chairs, but one seat was ripped and the other was rusty. The downstairs bathroom didn't have a fan which lead to higher humidity. It was nice to have use of the washer and dryer, but they ran very loud and made it hard to sleep if you needed to do laundry in the evening. Cooling unit in main bedroom ran warm. Sugar ants found in kitchen, dwn bath and on nightstand in loft. (I know these are pretty hard to get rid of, didn't bother us, but worth noting). We were able to secure beach chairs and everything else went smoothly. Having two bathrooms was great! The back deck was nice too, overlooking the golf course. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beach towels and big cooler available. Pool was refreshing and clean. Parking was right out front, easy access to condo after ascending a flight of stairs. Beautiful plumeria trees on grounds. Quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors. Great location to visit north shore and Laie.
What an amazing place to get the chance to stay! This condo was perfect for traveling with young children for the safety of the resort, spacious layout, and the cooler and toys available for us to use during our stay. We enjoyed the nearby fruit farm stand, bay for swimming and playing at the beach, and the walking/running trails. The condo itself was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private laundry machines and we used the kitchen daily. I certainly hope to stay here again for my next visit to Oahu's North Shore!

Condo was fabulous!! We enjoyed our time on the North Shore and some day hope to return. Hosts were wonderful to work with and answered any questions in a timely manner. The condo was the perfect home away from home that we needed for our stay, and met all our needs. Thank you Aimee and Jason for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
