Wi-Fi could be set up and leave sign in code available. Few ants and three Big bugs, Scott was great at taking care of the situation. It took me a second look to find codes. It would be helpful if Wi-Fi, gate, front door codes were listed on a separate email.
Pleasing and pleasant place and location
Great place, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect — we enjoyed the resort and were able to easily access all that the surrounding area had to offer. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Joanne was amazing to work with and extremely accommodating to answer questions prior to arrival. The Condo was as described and made for a very good visit to North Shore. The condo is as listed, right by a road but did not bother us.
We had an amazing time in Oahu. My daughters had heard great things about staying by turtle bay. It was great.
The location of this apartment and the size were perfect. The shower is a bit old school but a full size washer and separate dryer was super helpful. Easy walk to the beach and to the stables. Near the road so very very light sleepers may need to bring their ear plugs. Really easy check in/check and the loft room and master bedroom were far enough apart to offer utmost privacy. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone who loves Oahu's North Shore.
Nice little condo on the golf course. It had all the comforts of home. It was wonderful having the washer/dryer right there. We used it every night after the days adventures! No need to over pack Loft was nice for our grown children but the stairs were steep and I would be hesitant to put little ones up the alone at night.
The property reviews award many 10s, but I think a fair amount of that is due to the charm the North Shore evokes for newcomers. We are very familiar with the unique beauty of the area, having visited regularly for over 30 years. So this review will be limited to just the property.The Pros:Manager Joanne went out of her way to deal with any issues that came up. There was very loud construction on the outside wall, unexpected and Joanne was generous in managing that. Thank you.The unit was very clean.Appliances modern and kitchen very well equipped.Close to Kulima Estates pools and easy walk to Ritz Turtle Bay and access to their lovely beach.TVs (3) and cable. Fast internetJust Ok:Beds pretty average, pillows not greatNo dining tableOutdoor lanai a bit small and cramped.Cons:Closet - only 1 and it’s crammed with shelves and gear. No closet rod no hangers.For readers, no reading lights in main room, hard to find a comfortable place to sit with a good book.Bed linens uncomfortable polyester. Could only find one old set of cotton linens. Upgrade needed.Finally, location. Noise is an issue. The unit is the closest one to both the TB entrance road (about 25 ft) and the main highway (about 250 ft). We much prefer fresh air and avoid AC whenever possible. So with the windows open, the traffic noise was pretty much nonstop - the rumble strips on Kamehameha Hwy being particularly annoying. This alone, for me, could never rate a 10.
Great location on the north shore in a quiet gated community with tennis courts and golf nearby.
We had an awesome time here. The location is perfect and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re headed to the North Shore!
Overall, the facility is fantastic!! the air-conditioning in the unit made my trip especially worthwhile, I spent a significant amount of time exercising, knowing that I could come back to an air-conditioned environment was quite comforting, the check in was super-efficient with a code so no need to wait around, fumbling with a key card, also the door had a code, so no fumbling with another key, the appliances are top notch, Joanne was super responsive, I have been coming to the North shore for many years and this facilty has been the best
I rented this place with friends for a conference and it was wonderful. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, Ritz Carlton, and resturaunts at the resort. If you are a golfer, this is a paradise as it is right on the golf course. I would rent again!
We wanted to stay on the North Shore to get away from the more commercialized areas like Honolulu. This place is less than 10 minutes from the beach and great local food spots. The pool was a nice little hangout as well. Highly recommend.
This is a very comfortable condo for a week long stay, and a short drive to beautiful North Shore beaches, grocery store and the town of Haleiwa, also a short drive the other direction over to Kahuku Sugar Mill with food trucks , etc. and other beautiful beaches further down the highway. It’s great for a relaxing time away from the City.
If there are any stars to be given, our experience was 5 stars all around.Our stay at the condo was lovely. The place was clean and well kept, and the area was wonderful, both the community and the available sites in the Turtle bay vincinity. The information about check in and check out was clear and easy to follow, and we appreciated the local recommendations as well. Would be happy to stay here again!
Check in was easy. I always enjoy this area... We did hikes around the property & it was close to beaches & surfing for the kids. The unit was clean & peaceful especially on the balcony in the morning. It was nice to have a kitchen for Breakfasts in... Otherwise we were beachbound all thorough the day. Overall a great stay for myself & the family.

Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless, well-organized, and very cozy. The air conditioning was perfect, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.

Family-Friendly Touches: What truly impressed us were the thoughtful amenities for kids! From life jackets to surfboards and sand toys, everything was provided, which made our beach days so much more fun and stress-free.
Room for Improvement: If there’s one thing to note, it’s that our particular room was a bit too close to the road. At night, the noise from motorcycles could be quite loud.
That being said, this didn’t overshadow our overall experience. It was a nearly perfect stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place again if we return to Oahu’s North Shore. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation!

The property lived up to the VRBO description. This comfortable condo was well-stocked for cooking, beach-going and resting. We particularly appreciated the AC in every room and the full-size washer/dryer.
This was a great place for my daughter and I to hang out and relax! When we had issues, Joanne and her husband went out of their way to make things right. Super hosts!

Wonderful location away from the crowds of Waikiki. The full service kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer/ice maker enabled us to keep fresh fruits,drinks/perishables. For fresh food, go to Laie. It’s 15min in a southerly direction and Includes Foodland grocer/Mcdonalds/gas station. Lots of parking without the crowds. Kids loved seeing chickens running in parking lot.
With all my heart, I recommend this location to stay. This unit’s location is hands down convenient to exit and enter from main roadways. Trust me when I recommend this, for I am 3rd generation from the North Shore and visiting from WA State. Warmest Aloha and enjoy your next adventure.

We have an amazing time on the north shore. The condo had everything we wanted and needed. Communication with host yes easy and responsive. The check in and check out was very flexible. The instructions to check in are very detailed and helpful. It was very clean inside and out. Close to everything we wanted to do. We had no problems or issues with our stay. It fit our family of 4 perfectly and we really enjoyed coming back to it at the end of long days on the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we are back on Oahu. The beach equipment was a great plus and we used it every day.
