Have a nice stay at this 3 bedroom condo. Arrived in the middle of the night and check-in was a breeze. Very spacious and clean. Very close drive to the beach and food trucks. Host was very communicative. Had beach supplies for us to use which was a nice touch.
Definitely the most overpriced location I have ever stayed at. Poor operating property with a wide range of challenges. Sketchy communication that refuses to follow VRBO policies. Would not recommend due to safety, maintenance and quality. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this is potentially the worst value in Hawaii.

The wife and I, our daughter and her family, found ourselves very comfortable in this condo. We started saying things like, "Time to go 'home'". Plenty of room. Clean. Kind of hard to keep the sand out with little kids with us, but there are brooms, dust pan and brush, and a small hand vac to help. The whole condo subdivision was low-key and quiet. Anna was excellent to work with.
From the beginning of our stay we had issues and I had to spend precious vacation time talking to the property manager. There was no A/C in the upstairs master bedroom and no TV. Those items had to be installed during our stay. The screen door to one of the patios fell off the track and it meant no access to an eating area. The remote control for the downstairs TV didn’t have batteries and the cleaning crew didn’t leave washcloths in the downstairs bathroom. We enjoyed the location of the property and the area. It felt like a checklist wasn’t used before our check in which led to the inconveniences. In all fairness, the management personnel did attempt to address our issues.
It was perfect! Close to the beach, close to town
We loved the beautiful area! Not far from some of the best food trucks with a variety of selections for everyone. Do know ahead of time, they have minimal supplies so depending on time there you will need to stock up.
This place was perfect for my family and I. A short walk to the beach and a pool if you dont feel like going to the beach. Close to pretty much everything, make sure you go to Teds bakery and Rainbow shave ice down the road. So glad i didnt stay in downtown Honolulu this place is so much better!!! It is about 30-45 minutes to Honolulu but worth the drive. Pictures are a little old, there is a newer couch in the living room but everything else was spot on. If you are skeptical about staying in the north shore like I was, dont be you wont regret it. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo is ideal -- there was no shortage of amazing places to go and things to see nearby.
This was a family trip. The condo was just the right enough space for everyone to have their own space if needed. The two outdoor spaces were perfect for those that wanted sun and then for those that wanted shade. The kitchen was good and the facility having a gas grill was perfect for a grilling family. It was peaceful and relaxing. The pool areas were nice and close with a great beach a short walk away.
We loved the location and all the amenities. The suite was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was super organized and had everything we needed. The only thing that was missing were tennis rackets. We used the pickleball racquets too, Thank you. Such a lovely spot. wo
We stayed at this property for an adult ladies' vacation. 7 adult females. A few issues upon arrival were noticed immediately. Cleanliness was an issue. In the kitchen, we found a full garbage can and a dirty sink, coffee grounds possibly. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. The master bedroom is missing outlet covers, which is a hazard. The TV does not work. Both bathroom vents are covered in dust and dirt and do not extract the moist air. In the living room, the remotes were not working, so we opened them to find corroded batteries and no battery replacements in any closets. The sofa has some kind of stain that appears to be from a human's bottom end. The sliding doors throughout are very difficult to open. The one upstairs in the listing's queen bedroom will not open at all for us and presents a safety hazard if there were a fire. The bedroom identified as a queen bedroom is not a queen. It is, in fact, a full sized bed and was very uncomfortable to share for two adults. There was not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms for 7 women for a week. I understand from a previous review reply that the owner considers 3 rolls sufficient for a week, but when you have a houseful of women, it is not, especially when the rolls are small, standard rolls of poor quality tissue. We had to purchase additional toilet paper. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, free parking for two vehicles one dedicated spot and guest parking, the kitchen appliances appeared to be new and

Great place for our family of 6! Well stocked kitchen, beautiful walking trails and easy walk to beach.
Fantastic location and amenities for a family. This unit is particularly special because it has its own bbq area outside of the kitchen.We loved our stay!!
As soon as we made the reservation we knew we made the right choice! They have a great attention to detail and made sure we knew what to expect before we arrived. The space just the right amount of cozy and beach house mode, and it was clean. If we had any questions they made themselves available for any questions and gave great recommendations. I will be informing all my family and friends to use them. We will be back!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely and comfortable condo. There were lots of amenities nearby to enjoy including pools, pickleball/tennis, disc golf and golf. The beach was an easy walk and our adult children enjoyed the restaurants and bars at the nearby Ritz-Carlton. Management was very helpful. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.
The condo met our expectations, location was perfect; we love the North Shore.
Some things to note: Queen beds are very hard, sleepers here were very uncomfortable. Twin beds are really singles (think college dorm room), sufficient for children but not made for adults. Extra sleeping unit is sofa sleeper in living room, while this is typical this condo had no window dressing on front window so we were not able to comfortable sleep anyone here.
Air conditioning is window units and some screens are just covered by shutters so maintaining comfortable temperature might be difficult for some in your party.
Lanai (front) table/furniture was filthy.
Would recommend host leaving a ‘welcome book’ with important information on the kitchen table. We did finally find a book in the living room on day 3 but the only useful information contained in it was location of trash cans. I called the desk number on two different days and was given the same incorrect password for WiFi twice. After the second phone call, I sent an email which resulted in a quick response with the correct password.
Turtle Bay is a great location on the windward side of the island—not far from Shark’s Cove (snorkeling), North Shore, Waimea Bay, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and so much more!! We loved all of the extras—snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more. I would definitely recommend!!
We loved the resort and the pool and all of the nice touches and our condo. There were plenty of beach, toys, beach, chairs, and Having a cooler was wonderful for our lunches on the beach. We had great communication with the owner and we’re very pleased with our visit and would definitely recommend!
Other than the oven not working (management is waiting for new stove to be installed - it’s Hawaii so things take time) and a very large nest of the balcony, the place was just what our family needed.
We based out of here for a week up at the North Shore. Location was excellent. Property manager addressed concerns that came up during our stay. Property manager was polite and quick to respond when we needed them, which we appreciated!

Very nice lay-out for what our family needed. The swim towels, boogie boards, etc… were a nice touch. It was nice to be away from all the crowds of Honolulu.
Loved the property. Location was great with easy walks to the resort to watch the surfers, sunrise and sunsets. Pool and beach activities all in easy distances. VERY prompt responses to all questions by management and never made us feel like our questions were stupid. Well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would only offer to suggest an air conditioner in the kitchen. It can get warm and hard to cool due to the layout of the floor plan. Overall very happy.

The unit was marginally clean many things were old and in need of repair. All the sliding doors were hard to open, the one in the master bedroom has the frame and glass are separated and lets air through that whistles. The unit has many things that are sub standard for the price we paid I have pictures that will be posted if some relief of the price is not realized.
