Everything was great, EXCEPT for the part when friends come over, we had to walk all the way to the front gate to let them in with the key fob because the security would not let them in. It said to push in your gate code then press the red button, which led them straight to security and security would say, call the renters because we're not going to open the gate for you!
I deliberately selected this unit as it said the master was on the 1st floor and the secondary bedroom was upstairs. It did not say the entire unit was on the second floor. My83 year old disabled husband had much difficulty going up and down the stairs.
The unit was cleaqn in a beautiful golf course setting on ly a short walk to the beach. The light fixture over the sink in upstairs bath was non operative (we tried replacinjgbuls), the ceiling fan was wobbly and noisy so not able to be used.
The kitchen was decently appointed but the pots and pans were thin teflon coated poor quality; toaster only toasted one side of the bread at a time. The window a/c barely cooled anything and the unit said it needed servicing. the carpet was way over due for a good stretch and if it were my rental I would have it shampooed.
We shoed several cockroaches out onto the veranda weth a broom. Consdtructionorkers were banging with hammers and skill saws for an enitre day. Notice would have been nice. Mgt did come to help us with our TV on a Saturday. The unit was clean. It appears there was not a system in place to catch these repairs. I would say these were all property mgt issues or a seller thatt refused to make his place nice. Not sure.
The property was very clean and well-maintained. Lots of space to relax.
Recently spent 3 nights in the golf course condo. It met all our needs as our base to tour North Shore area. We were required to make a $250 deposit to insured we did not damage the condo. The deposit was refunded within time stated in agreement. This condo was clean & furniture was in good condition. The exhaust hood over stove was in real need of replacement or extreme deep cleaning - thus my only suggestion for improvement!
The the property was exactly as listed. The location was excellent, the resort property was beautiful. I would recommend staying here.
Nice but not luxury. Pleasant location but keep in mind you don’t get the hotel amenities of turtle bay.

Was a great place . Location was awesome needed some updating But well equipped. Beach has incredible snorkeling for all ages!!
Location was paradise. Emailed address, check-in directions, and phone number were horrible. Address was completely wrong, phone # was to the main office that closes at 4pm. Our flight arrived after 4 so we just kept getting an answering machine — need to provide an “after-hours” phone # if you close your office at 4pm!! Condo was dirty — hair balls dotted the wall-to-wall carpet that seems like the absolute wrong flooring for a beach condo that does not really have a/c — and the loft ceiling fan was unstable and wobbled even in low speed so we couldn’t use it. Beds had very old mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable.
