We loved it. Beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was nice, location was great. Would stay here again!
Great central location on the North Shore
The property is in an excellent location on the North Shore. The Ritz Carlton Resort is within a five minute walk. There are restaurants, bars, shops and activities that you can do. The beach is also there. The condo has everything that you could possibly need for your vacation such as beach toys, snorkels and chairs. The condo itself is very well equipped as well. I would not recommend the property for older people though because the stairs can be a haul. The ac units are a little tough to get to if you are not so limber. They are located under shelves and you do have to get own on your knees to turn them on and off. It was not a problem for us, just worth mentioning. The condo has a wonderful pool that you have access to. I really felt that there was no need to leave Turtle Bay at all once we got there. We all loved it and wish that we could have stayed much longer.
Great location. Clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we were looking for, close to beaches, pool, pickleball, golf courses, and many other sites. Thank-you, highly recommended great communication.
Nice condo in Turtle Bay. The beach is about a 10-15min walk. It is great for playing, just ok for snorkeling. The host was easy to communicate with. We visited in summer. The air conditioning is window units and are required to be turned off when you are not there so it takes a little while for the unit to cool down. There are a lot of nice beaches in a short drive.
Short walk to the beach and restaurants at Turtle Bay. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with a teen and toddler. Lots of beach and snorkeling gear to use. Some previous reviews mentioned pest issues, but it was not a problem for us. Beds were comfortable and cooling worked well in all the spaces. Host was easy to reach and made some great suggestions for nearby activities and events for the family. We had a great stay, thanks for everything!

Great spot to stay on the North Shore! Enough beds for a bigger family, basics items to cook some meals, AC, and lots of beach items to use. Great location. Would stay again!
My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Turtle Bay Beach was a short walk away and many other breath taking beaches were short drives away. We loved being able to take a short drive to food carts, the Polynesian cultural center or the farmers market. Wonderful condo! Owners respond super fast and are extremely helpful! We highly recommend it!
The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s located close to restaurants as well as grocery stores so we were able to cook. The property is a short walk from the Ritz beaches that are amazing as well. We had no issues at all and the property manager was extremely helpful with suggestions on sites to see and beach. The need
The condo was an excellent place for our family of four, especially the teens needing their own little space. We’ve stayed in Turtle Bay on previous trips and always enjoy the location. The only thing I would recommend is a refreshing of the beach amenities, but overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back.
My husband and I were looking for a comfortable place as a jumping off point for a week of adventures with the kids. We wanted a place to make meals in between trips to the food truck park and the capability to keep up with the dirty laundry. The beds were comfortable and we used the beach towels everyday. We appreciated the screened lanai and the ice maker in the freezer. It was an easy walk to catch a sunset or sunrise near the resort or walk to the bay in our suits. Communication with the host was easy and clear. We’d definitely book again!

The place is very cute. Beds are very confortable and it is very close to the beach. I also liked that it was pretty spacious for a family of four. On the other hand, the condo itself wasn’t very clean. Both bathrooms needed to actually be cleaned. I even found adults hairs, and three dead cockroaches in the tub. This place definitely needs some TLC. It could be the perfect place if it was well maintained.
Great spot to vacation, we will be back. I love that its in Turtle Bay, within walking distance of the beach and food. We had an absolute blast!
We literally killed about 100 during our week long stay (mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms, but they were everywhere). We contacted the property manager about it the first night and pest control came to put traps/bait, but it wasn't enough to deal with the problem. The place also seemed like it hadn't been deep-cleaned in a long time (built up dust and dirt on wall hangings, fans, baseboards, etc.). Also, the check-in requires you to retrieve keys from the property manager's mailbox a few miles away; kind of a hassle. For the positives: the beds are comfortable and the condo is decently equipped with kitchen items/beach gear. We've stayed at other rentals in Kuilima Estates many times before and this was our worst experience.

The property is in a great location short walk to a beautiful beach. If you are coming to do a lot of hiking you will spend some time in the car going back to the other side of the island.
