This was our 30th visit to Hawaii's north shore and second stay at this location. We were impressed enough that we have already booked it for our next trip in February. I think that sums it up.
Kap the owner was very responsive. Unit easy to find, convenient parking, and first floor access was nice. Unit well stocked, clean. We did not use the community pool (50 yards away) or the golf course we could see right out the back slider. Location convenient to Kahuku food trucks and Haleiwa town. Would definitely stay here again.
Kap and Crystal’s place was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We knew we wanted to stay on the North Shore of Oahu and from their house we were able to walk to Turtle Bay Beach, access trails, and enjoy cocktail hour and sunset watches at the resort. It was our comfortable home base for the week while we explored other areas like Haleiwa, Waimea, Pearl Harbor, Kahuku, Kualoa, Kailua, and Lanikea. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and really loved our stay here. So much aloha!
Wonderful stay! We don’t often stay in VRBO’s, but after a week on Kauai in a hotel, this apartment was just what we needed. Two spacious bathrooms, solid A/C, and access to laundry. Very comfortable stay and compliments to the owners/cleaners. They’re several little things on offer that made a big different, such as having olive oil & cooking spray, tin foil, along with ample plates/Glasses etc. This place deserves a full 5 stars. Also worth noting, the pool is only a quick 2 min walk and beach is about 15 min (we drove and parked right by beach). Book here and enjoy the awesome north shore

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and very comfortable condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, offering far more space than anticipated from the pictures. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive, making our stay easy and stress-free. Their checkout recommendations were clear and reasonable, which we appreciated. The condo felt incredibly homey, was meticulously organized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The air conditioning units were highly effective, maintaining a perfectly cool and comfortable environment. The hide-a-bed was also neatly made and ready upon our arrival. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-appointed stay.
The condo was modern as advertised. Very nice appliances and extremely comfortable. Very spacious for a one bedroom. They had everything you needed for your stay. Fairly close to Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay and about a 20 minute drive to the old town of Haleiwa. Close to trails along the north shore that were great to explore. We enjoyed the beach close to the Ritz.
Easy communication with the hosts. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and pool, quick drive to some of the best places in the North Shore. Very clean unit with tons of towels for the shower, beach and pool. From ziplocks to a flashlight to beach chairs, beach umbrellas to a cooler, they have thought of it all!
Very nice well kept condo. Had all the necessities and then some. We would definitely stay here again! 😀
This was a great spot for our family vacation. Accurate to the listing with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out.

Excellent property. Very comfortable. Bed was great. Kitchen well stocked with every appliance and dish you could want. Hosts were amazing to deal with.

Perfect spot if you want to check out the Turtle Bay resort. Only spent one night here but it was a great location enjoy the area.
Condo has everything you need. It is a great stay. During our stay it seemed to be a busy place so light sleepers should bring earplugs just for the comings and goings of others. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach.
This cute, comfy, modern condo was perfect for our stay. We loved having the amenities of a condo ( kitchen, separate bedroom, in house laundry, parking, etc.)
The pool was clean, quiet, and warm.
Being able to use the Turtle Bay resort beach, trails, restaurants, and beaches was a huge bonus. So beautiful-without the resort price.

The condo was very nice and equipped with everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The condo was close enough to the beach that we could walk. Kap was very responsive when we needed to contact him. The only downside was the condo upstairs was inhabited by smokers who would throw cigarettes over the balcony and they walked like they were wearing cinder block shoes. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay again.
