The condo looked like it did in the photos, was clean and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay.
Absolutely wonderful condo with all the amenities you could need. The upstairs loft/bedroom has alot of privacy with a screen that lowers. The Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort is only 2 blocks away. We will definitely be back!
The location is at the resort and is perfect, like an island paradise. We used the cart, chairs, umbrella and cooler took them to the beach which is 10 minutes walk. The Ritz Carlton property has everything you need and the sunsets are next level. The pool is right next door with a rinse off shower. Parking spot is right there, very convenient. We mostly ate out but also had a few meals in the kitchen. Stocked with everything you need including coffee makers.
After spending 4 nights in Waikiki, we spent the remaining 4 nights at Hale Honu. Laila was very responsive (even communicating Evacuation instructions during the Tsunami warning!). The condo had everything that we needed, including some fun beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The location was a quick drive to the North Shore beaches, as well as a short walk to Turtle Bay and the respective walking trails.We had plenty of room for 4 adults, and would definitely stay here again.
Great stay on the north shore of Hawaii. Although it is a 10 min. Walk to the beach, we always drive over to the resort parking and never had an issue finding a place to park. Being on the north shore, it gets you away from the large crowds of Honolulu, and really is a slow paced kind of vibe. So absolutely a great location. It’s not far from the Polynesian Cultural center (which is a must so if you’ve never been!). Place was clean. Check in/check out was easy, and the boat was really good with communication. We would absolutely stay here again.
Very wonderful stay! We absolutely loved this condo, all the beaches, Toa luau, Waimea bay and all the hikes. This area is superior to Waikiki! Go on adventures and enjoy the beauty of this area! North shore is where it’s at!!!
We had such a great time! this place was perfectly centralized to all of our north shore activities. The easy access to the beach, having access to a full kitchen for slow starts to the morning and space for 3 generations of women to spread out and have a little breathing room while celebrating my daughters graduation and completion of her first year of college was excellent! Access to the pool was lovely and the pool is beautiful and immaculately maintained. We had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment and umbrella at our disposal that we enjoyed using at Waimea bay beach. It was honestly a perfect location and so well maintained! We truly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being able to feel like we were “home” while there instead of just living out of a suitcase.
The home was very thoughtfully setup for guests, putting great thought into making our stay comfortable. We flew in for a quick trip, for my son’s graduation from UH for his MBA. We didn’t have the chance to cook or stay in the home much, We were taking our kids out to celebrate. Mahalo
Clean, quiet, great amenities and close to everything on the North Shore and east side of the island. The beach toys were a great help (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, snorkel gear). Great and easy instructions with some amazing recommendations of what to do around the island.
I don't typically leave a review, however this property needed an excellent rate review! Right from the start we kinda had a hiccup on getting thru the gate, but there was this lovely lady who stopped and helped us, she didn't even hesitate, great customer service! I wished I had remembered her name (but Mahalo, lovely lady :) I was amazed at how clean everything was, right when we walked in the door we felt welcomed. We had everything we needed. Having the cooler for the beach was a plus for us as we wanted to save some money and we brought our lunch at the beach and water daily. We had the most amazing time and it was so convenient walking to Turtle Bay. We already want to come back! We will definitely use this property again. Mahalo!

Loved the place and access to Turtle Bay Resort
This home had so many great qualities and amenities. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. It fell short in a few areas. Unfortunately, communication with the owner was very inconsistent. I reached out multiple times before hand to confirm my reservation and ask a few questions and finally got a response after multiple weeks. When I got the check in instructions only a few hours before we were arriving, I was very taken back about the comment of them not supplying enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent for the length of our stay. I have never rented any property that would expect us to purchase all of those on our own after only supplying us with a few days worth. To me, these are basic supplies I would expect to have included, especially for the we paid. To my surprise, there were more than the “2 rolls” of toilet paper available, but I don't know if we just got lucky that the tenants before us left extra. It is just a simply gesture of accommodating your guest that you should provide. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any laundry detergent even though they said they would leave “supplies for 2 loads”. We had already been on the island for a few days and needed to do some laundry. When I reached out to see if it was in a spot that I didn’t see, the owner was surprised there wasn't some and said she would have someone bring some the next morning for me. Unfortunately, no one came and I didn't hear back from her during our entire 7 day stay.
Great location we enjoyed the PCC, Dole and beach. Light’s and blinds in this house are so cool!Decoration’s are beautiful air conditioning was wonderful. We had a wonderful time.
This was a wonderful place within walking distance to Turtle bay resort. The property was clean and very comfortable. High quality AC in all the rooms keep in cool when inside. I was impressed with all the attention to detail and extra little conveniences that are not typical of rental properties. i.e. fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare food. Included several laundry & dishwasher pods to do several loads for a short stay. There was extra foil/cling wrap for leftovers, There was even an extra 9V battery in drawer when the fire alarm battery died and began chirping one night.
The beds and furniture were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.
Two bonuses to staying here are: The pool and the view out the Lanai. Some resort pools are not heated - this one is kept at a perfect temperature, with lots of room for swimming laps or just enjoying being in it. It’s super-convenient being right next door. I was able to get a couple amazing Early morning photos here too. The sunrises can be amazing from the path that runs Along the golf course just behind the condo. I observed a huge turtle while snorkeling Turtle Bay. On our last evening we purchased Thai food at the Elephant Shack food truck and watched the sunset and surfers until dark at Sunset Beach, just a few miles away. Laila is a great host and is very responsive to any concerns you may have.
This condo was amazing. The great location, ease of parking and getting to the beach and nearby Turtle Bay resort made it nice but the best part of this condo is that everything inside was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals. The beach chairs and towels were a nice plus as well as the air conditioning in each room. We will definitely stay here again.
The condo was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning and washer/dryer. The extra sleeping loft upstairs was super cute and roomy. We loved this property because it was walking distance to the resort, where we enjoyed the beach, the restaurants, and a short drive to Haleiwa town. Loved having coffee on the lanai every morning, would stay here again!!
We used this spot as our home base for a girls' trip to Hawaii. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus. We loved having coffee on the lanai in the mornings, walking to Turtle Beach, and the quick access to lots of great food. We also appreciated the lounge chairs, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. Made it easy to plan time at the beach! We found the check-in a little stressful as we weren't able to connect with our host to buzz us in the first time we arrived. Make sure to have a solid plan--our plan changed due to traffic/needing to stop at the store on the way, and we ended up having to park in a nearby lot and walk to the property to grab the entry gate fob. It wasn't a big deal, although there was cars behind us as we tried to get buzzed in and it created a little chaos because we had to back out, meaning the cars behind us also had to back up. Again, no big deal, just FYI as we found it very stressful. This happened during our stay to two other groups (where we were the car behind them who had to back out into the road), so it seems like a common issue at this location. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
From before check in to our last minute there it was smooth and enjoyable. The place was more than expected and exceeded any expectations. The kitchen was amply stocked. The beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and umbrella were well used and enjoyed. The home was comfortable and well suited our needs. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
The place is a great location for the North Shore. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, with all the supplies you need for time on the beach. The place is a nice setup with all the items you could need for staying there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.
If you plan to visit Hawaii you don't need to go any further than the north shore of Oahu and Turtle Bay.
This condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. There are all of the amenities you need included here with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach toys galore, spacious living area and bedrooms. Don't look further for an ideal vacation "base camp".
Just down the road are several beautiful beaches within the Turtle Bay complex. Also there are world-class restaurants including Roy's Beach House. Be sure to visit the Foodland at Waimea for a unique experience...their Poke and sushi bar is exceptional.
There is no more beautiful place to hang out than at the Sunsets Pool Bar at Turtle Bay, enjoying the best Mai Tai in Hawaii while watching the surfers and waves roll by.
The check-in at the unit couldn't have been smoother and the property manager Laila was extremely helpful.
We can't wait for our next visit. Aloha, until next time!
Fantastic location, wonderful property.
This was a beautifully decorated and stocked condo walking distance to Turtle Bay. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Lots of beach necessities provided and the lanai was screened in which was great to sit outside and not worry about the bugs. Full sized washer and dryer were convenient. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with good quality cookware and tools. Parking is right outside the unit with stair access.
The owners accused us of things we did not do, such as taking a towel (we flew out that day and let me tell ya there's absolutely no way an extra towel would have fit in our luggage). She accused us of burning a plate somehow and for breaking a shelf in their fridge which neither are true. Based on the instructions in the owner's house, it's clear they have unrealistic expectations of renters, like their sand in condo policy. Meanwhile, there were things that did not work in the home, such as the upstairs fan, which luckily we weren't accused of breaking lol. I've rented many places and have NEVER been accused of any of these types of things before.
Property had everything that listing stated it would.
Kitchen was appropriately stocked with everything needed for meal prep.
The beach chairs, snorkel gear were available for use as described.
Would definitely recommend and rent unit again.
