Host was very helpful and the accommodations were pleasant. Could use some sound proofing with the neighbors above but would stay here again if we return to this area.
Love Turtle Bay for a quiet vacation and knowing it is well kept and very safe. Bill and Wendy’s Condo is perfect and hope to come again. Great communication, easy check in and well stocked kitchen and condo for all your needs. Wish the bed had a memory foam mattress topper but just because of my shoulder pain. This is our second time staying with them and it is a very nice place. You will love it here!
Wendy was a great host! Her communication was clear and always quick. The home had everything we needed for the beach and plenty of cooking, cleaning, and paper products. The only thinf about this home that was not my favorite was the size of the water heater, we usually had to wait awhile to allow a 2nd warm shower. That wasn't a huge deal. We loced that we could wash and dry our clothing in the unit and that the AC worked so well! We will be returning if/when we come baxk to Oahu!
Wonderful host, very clean accommodations and close to everything! We loved being able to drive 1 minute to Turtle Bay for swimming or to have a wonderful meal!
We enjoy "home life', so staying in your place truly meet our needs. After figuring out the tv remote, a lot different from ours, we were able to navigate the networks and watch a few local shows.I would only suggest, in addition the note card instructions around the house, you might update the white blinder with easy to understand info for the guests, including "the washer will unlock, if you push pause", the coffee keurig works on all cup sizes, but may pause at start up, and Dave the security guy an amazing wealth of local information.Oh, and you might want to warn guests, anyone booking through VRBO, they might receive a CODE, that has nothing to do with accessing the property or residence's door... just in case they arrive tired from their travels, and unable to access the property, after arriving. they should follow only the instructions from "wendy the host, no VRBO".please note, nothing above is a complaint, but only an opportunity to improve the stay of your next guest.
If you want to stay in a cozy place right next to the Ritz Carlton in Turtle Bay, this is it. The host is very attentive and wonderful.
Great location on the North Shore that is close to everthing.
This condo is perfectly located in Turtle Bay. We were able to walk to the Ritz daily to dip in the ocean, have breakfast or lunch and hang by the pool. Wendy was a wonderful host; very communicative and responsive. She even went out of her way to bring us extra pillows after our first night. The provided K-cups were a very welcome touch, and the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking and eating. Would stay here again!
Wendy and Bill were excellent hosts keeping me informed of their new screens and being allowed for early checkin. The condo was clean with absolutely no bugs and stocked with ammenties as stated. The AC was a little loud being in the bedroom but very efficient with fan in the living room to cool the unit. They have a coffee maker but not a kurig so i had brought the wrong coffee, however the host provided great ground coffee and filters to use. Short walk to the beach and very quiet setting. Enjoyed our stay and the friendly hosts.
This place is in the perfect location. I loved that it felt secluded and if the beaten path, but still so close to all the places we wanted to visit in our trip to Hawaii. Wendy was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check in/ check out. Hopefully we'll be coming back soon!
Condo was just perfect for the two of us, bed was very comfortable plenty of towels and beach towels there is a patio with table and chairs. Also some beach chairs, boggie boards and a small cooler to use. and chairsaumbrella and

I would definitely recommend to any couple that's looking for a place to stay in North Shore. It's clean, parking wasn't an issue, and super easy to find even if it's your first time in the area. It's close to PCC, grocery stores, and fruit stands on the sides of the highway which was a plus for us. If you want to go beach without driving far, Turtle Bay which is a 2 minute drive down the road has public beach access. The back portch has plenty of space. It also has boards, beach tent, and beach chairs. The noise curfew is 10PM-8AM for you party animals!
Wendy and Bill’s condo was the perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in the North Shore! This was our first time in Hawaii where we came to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary! The condo was well equipped with all that we needed for our 9 day stay including beach accessories! We appreciated being able to wash clothes as needed and to cook our own meals when we wanted to. There was a grocery store nearby, the public beach at Turtle Bay Resort, was a short drive but within walking distance from the condo. Wendy and Bill provided a binder with suggestions for places to eat and things to do which was very helpful. The neighbors above us could be loud at times but overall the area was relatively quiet, relaxing and we felt very safe with the complex being gated. We were close enough to check out other area beaches with a rented car or relax at the outdoor pool in the complex. Our time there was all we had hoped for and more. Thank you so much Wendy and Bill! We appreciate your hospitality.

We loved the property. It was peaceful, clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen supplies were well stocked and we appreciated the beach towels that we used daily at the pool. The owner was a delight to work with. She gave easy to follow directions for gate codes, arriving and end of trip details. Totally recommend.
My wife and I have stayed in more than 10 condos at Kuilima Estates over the last 25 years. 183 West is the best!
Condo Condition = Excellent. Appears to have been recently remodeled.
Bugs = Zero! We did not see a single bug during our two week stay.
Appliance Condition = Like new. Fully functional.
Shower = Excellent. Better than what I have at home.
Flooring = Excellent tile. Easier to keep clean of sand than carpet.
We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent location close to the resort where my conference was. The condo was comfortable and equipped with everything we would need. Air conditioning worked well the few days we wanted it. Comfortable bed. Nice little home in Kahuku!!
We had a great stay at Wendy’s property! The condo was just what we needed and in a great location. We could walk to turtle bay and the beach in less than 10 minutes. Short drive to Haleiwa, Kualoa Ranch, Kuilima Farm, Bonzai Pipeline, the PCC and so much more! Would recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay in the North shore, and specifically Turtle bay, without the $$$ price tag. We can’t wait to come back!
The location was brilliant perfectly located on the north shore, everything was perfect for my stay from the check in process, to the amenities to the check out process. I loved my entire stay.

House is located in a community property where outside cleaning services provided on a daily basis. It is a peaceful environment and conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach.
