It wasn’t quite what I expected. With the pictures shown on Vrbo it looks more upscale than it was. The views were great until the scaffolding arrive and destroyed the view out the dining room windows. The kitchen had leftovers (condiments in frig that some had expired. I don’t think we would stay there again.
Enjoyed. Great location. Clean. A bit tight for two couples. Would love to stay again with two grandkids in second bedroom. Very fair price.
We stayed in this building two years ago and wanted to stay again. This time we brought our daughter. The unit views are unbeatable. We love the Beach House so it was perfect to meet up with the rest of our family for dinner. The unit was was clean an had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo on the edge of the crashing waves. It was like a home away from home. The balcony was a spectacular place to have morning coffee and evening nightcaps. Adding pics below! We had a fabulous stay and this gorgeous condo. Nothing was better than the view from that dining room! We loved snorkeling next door also.

Had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this property. It was comfortable. The view is spectacular. We were absolute mesmerized and love sitting out on the porch, watching the turtles and the surfers.
We enjoyed our stay. The view was great. It was a little out of the way for convenience.The second bed did not seem like a queen size rather closer to a double bed. The carpet was either dirty or stained. Found a rather large, dead cockroach in the main bedroom.Jack was very responsive to dead batteries in the remotes for air conditioning. Overall it was not a bad experience and the views were fantastic. The snorkeling next to the condo was the best we experienced with a less protected area from wave action.
It was a very fun and great time together with family!!
Property is comfortable with spectacular views. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evening watching for whale sightings.

Loved this Condo and the view. My favorite time was morning coffee and fruit on the Lanai over looking the ocean, watching the turtles and surfers. Condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable! We will be back for sure! Also you couldn’t ask for a better location on the island. Close to poipu beach, shopping and amazing restaurants!
LOVED the view of the ocean! So fun to watch the turtles and surfers. The covered lanai was private with new furniture for relaxing and eating outside. Within minutes of great food trucks and shopping. We snorkeled, surfed and went scuba diving right in this area. Also not to be missed, a drive to the mountains on the west side of Kauai (an hour away) to overlooks and hiking in Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park. We stayed on the north side of the island for 5 days and then came to the south side and stayed in this condo for 7 days which was perfect. During our transition day, we stopped in east Kauai to kayak and hike to a waterfall. A perfect vacation in Hawaii! Jack was the perfect host, extremely responsive and friendly. We didn't have any issues but still knew Jack was available if we needed him. Thank you for an amazing stay in your home on South Kauai!
The condo lived up to its description and more. Location is fantastic, nice view of weddings next door, glimpses of turtles, great surf-watching. Everything was spotless and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Jack was attentive and very prompt in respinding to questions. I can’t say enough good things about it.
We stayed in this lovely condo for 24 days. Snorkeling at the beach next door was great! The view of the ocean, surfers and turtles is magnificent. I was expecting a washer/dryer in the condo; it was at the far end of the building. The few times we wanted the A/C, it did not function. The owner came in once and reset it. On another occasion, we didn’t bother trying to get it to work. With windows open there is a nice breeze. The beds are comfortable. The furnishings on the lanai are so so. The interior is a bit dated. Overall it was a lovely stay.
Words can’t quite describe the sensations of sitting on the balcony with only the ocean, rocks, palm trees and surfers in view as you listen to the waves crash. The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Jack was an A+ host as he was incredibly responsive to a few questions we had.
Location of this condo cannot be beat. Close to everything you need on the South Shore.
The condo is well-equipped. The kitchen, especially, had everything we needed, PLUS!
The only negative we had is the furniture needs to be replaced. It is outdated and not comfortable due to its age and heavy use over time.
A regular sized ironing board would be much appreciated.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The sunsets and moonshine on the water were breathtaking.
The ocean sounds made for a relaxing and calm experience.
If you want a true oceanfront condo and stunning lanai , this property is for you.
We were two couples staying in this beautiful condo. We spent many hours on the lanai, watching whales, dolphins, seals, birds, turtles and surfers. We loved hearing the sound of the waves and enjoyed the sunsets.
The condo is well equipped, with almost everything we needed. An additional wine glass, more than two tea towels and a pasta fork would have been appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The location is ideal. The snorkelling on the beach next to the property was excellent. Shops and other amenities were within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.
This place is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing so close to the water. We never closed the windows so we could hear the crashing of the waves day and night. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do. Jack was great to communicate with especially after leaving something there. He had it in the mail the next day. We highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.
The condo was perfect for the four of us! It was right on the ocean so we were able to see turtles, dolphins, and whales. Also enjoyed watching the surfers.
The view was so perfect we often ate in to appreciate it and to watch the sunsets.
The condo was conveniently located right next to the Beach House restaurant and within walking distance of several beaches. Beautiful property with all amenities needed. My wife, 21-year-old son, and I had plenty of room. The property was quiet at night, except for the crashing waves below the balcony. We were able to see humpback whales often in the distance. Would stay again!
The views were amazing! You could watch the amazing sunrise and the morning surfers from the balcony every morning while relaxing and drinking your morning coffee and every evening you could also watch the sunset from the balcony. We also could see turtles up by the rocks in front of the condo and whales in the distance from the balcony. There’s a tiny beach beside the condo but amazing beaches only a short drive away. We loved this condo and would love to stay here again EXCEPT for one thing…sadly the beds were truly awful! Both the master king mattress and the queen mattress in the second bedroom are old and have no support left in them whatsoever. I have back issues so it was a big issue for me but the other 3 people in my party have no back issues but had sore backs after sleeping on these mattresses. All of us had awful sleep due to these beds and the only way we could stay in this unit again is if they replaced the mattresses. It makes no sense for a high end unit like this to have old worn out mattresses, please get new ones, your condo is amazing otherwise! I feel bad even writing this but I really must worn fellow back pain people, if someone had said this before I would have looked elsewhere. So please get new mattresses and update your description saying new mattresses! Then everyone will know they can disregard this part of my review.
