Our stay was amazing with 2 major snags. We arrived at the property with groceries in hand and let ourselves into the condo with the code provided by the property management. Upon entering the condo I encountered another family inside the unit that had checked in that day also. The management company told us there had been a “glitch” and that they had given the other family our condo number and code to enter by mistake. They put us in another unit for the night but this was a huge inconvenience as we had to move out the next day so they could clean both units and have us switch units. The management team told me they would text us to let us know the unit we rented was ready. We never heard back from them after that. We went to the unit later to find it clean and ready for us. The condo is gorgeous but we also found cockroaches in the toaster and running behind the oven unit on our last day. We let the management team know this also on checkout. The management team never acknowledged the bug issue. The unit we had for the 1st night had multiple roach traps in the kitchen too. I also would have expected them to contact us once we were in our correct unit to make a mends for the huge inconvenience but we heard nothing from them. Very disappointing as it was a major hiccup in our plans. Great unit but he management team could use some work and the unit needs fumigating.

Condo was perfect for my wife and myself. Everything you need is basically furnished. Full size fridge, stove/ oven. Plenty of dishes, Tupperware, etc. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a collapsible wagon. The view was great, (though there is a tall palm tree directly off from the patio but it just adds a bit of ambiance. There is also plenty of beach towels, bath towels as well as an in room washer and dryer, (so dont over pack). Overall, a great stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Kaanapali! The access to both the pool and the beach made it perfect for our family, and having beach essentials like an umbrella, chairs, and a cart was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was spotting whales from the lanai using the provided binoculars—such a memorable experience! The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!
This condo was so clean and the view was amazing. Such a great pool area too. Very walkable with lots of places to eat that are actually good! Clean and easy to access beach. Will definitely come back if we can!
I can’t say enough how perfect this condo is! Clean, comfy, the owners thought of every detail. The resort and location are also a great experience. You don’t have to leave at all! (We did venture out!). Stice management did a great job with communication. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come again. We would stay here in our next trip to Maui.
Lovely condo, recently remodeled, with a nice view. Condo had everything we needed for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella, and wagon.

This unit comes with everything you need for the perfect vacation! It has been nicely upgraded with new furnishings. It's rare to find a unit this nice with laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, on the beach with great pools AND a restaurant on site. This is a rare find for this price! Friendly staff, food trucks on the lot next door, grocery store across the street, you couldn't ask for more. We have stayed on the property many times and always enjoy our stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit with nice view. Digital check-in is convenient. However, you will be a second class citizen on the property since the unit isn't managed by the complex/front desk. For example, you're not allowed to borrow the bellhop cart upon arrival.Read the extensive rental agreement carefully b/c you are officially part of their cleaning crew. As if the over $300 fee for an all tile 900sqft unit doesn't include trash removal. You'll get a lovely check-out text threatening a $25 fee for each trash bag left behind!Our friends booked via Costco and had housekeeping b/c their unit was managed by the complex. I feel Costco is a better value.Beach chairs and umbrella were available and a mostly stocked kitchen. The off-site real estate management co. was responsive at first and then not so much. Totally ignored me when I pointed out that half a cup of sand was under and embedded within the area rug. Bummed at the end when text forced all food to be thrown out. I later learned the Red Cross (stationed in the lobby) would accept all food (even opened packages) to donate to transplanted onsite Lahaina fire victims.
This was our first time in Maui. We really enjoyed staying in this. The view of the ocean, pool, and grounds was spectacular. They provide lots amenities to make your stay comfortable. The binoculars were great for whale watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including pots, pans, dishes, coffee makers (kcup and traditional) and a pressure cooker. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the private lanai. There were also beach chairs, towels, and a wagon in the hall closet. The bed was comfy, and the two smart tvs were a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully manicured into a tropical paradise. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and taking picture of the plants and water features. There were two pools to choose from, and an onsite restaurant for convenience…however it was in close proximity to many other upscale shopping and restaurants with beautiful oceanviews. Parking and a gym were available for a fee. The reaort itself is pretty wuiet compared to others. There is a grocery store across the street and nightly food trucks within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

We love this resort and have been here often. This condo was well appointed and had most of what we needed. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The management team was communicative. And we have no complaints there.The view from this condo is not as pictured. The tree is smack dab in the middle, so you can’t really see the ocean. The other thing is that in the evenings and afternoons if there are a lot of children in the pool, you are going to hear them loud and clear. I forgot about that when we rented this unit that it would be right over the pool, the most of the children use. But that was on me not on the management team. I would recommend this condo. It was good for the price it was comfortable. It was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful locatoon with a fantastic view, perfect for families, very clean and got more than expected, I would stay here again if traveling to Maui
