We've been staying at this resort for 10 years, in various units. This was by far the most modern, comfortable, best view to date. Ocean front, newly remodeled, fancy and high end, cozy bed, well stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, all the amenities you can imagine, amazing deck! Resort itself has 2 great pools, bar and restaurant onsite, wonderful staff and pool concierge, well maintained grounds. Will keep coming back for sure.
Beautifully renovated condo on the ocean with wraparound lanai. Could see Kapalua to north and Lahaina to south. Couldn’t ask for more. Unlimited ocean views and crashing waves. Highly recommend if you’re looking for ultimate relaxing experience.

Fantastic condo with a beautiful view.
My family of 5 really loved this place. It was so easy to get to the pool and beach with little kids. Also food and grocery store in walking distance. It was so relaxing to just hang out with that view. Everything was clean and updated. Really enjoyed it and will hopefully be back one day.

Excellent beach front property. Newly renovated and spotless. The rental has everything you possibly need and then some. Very well stocked. The location is great and everything you possibly need is within walking distance, including a beautiful beach, 2 pools, restaurants, food trucks, grocery store, etc. The complex is not very busy, so there are not too many people at the beach or the pool. I highly recommend this condo.
Loved this modern, waterfront condo at Kaanapali Shores. The condo is fully renovated and decorated in a modern and welcoming design. It is spacious and has everything you need for an amazing trip. Beach chairs, coffee and coffee machines (keurig and crafted), umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, etc. Are all provided for use. The view from the wrap around lanai is spectacular! I could have spent the entire trip without ever leaving the lanai and loved it. Parking was easy and convenient. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend. Maholo!

Our stay at KS 702 exceeded our expectations in every way.Unit 702 is one of the premier Aloha units at Kaanapali Shores. The lanai & view are stunning. We watched tons of whale activity (March stay) every day from the lanai. The unit is gorgeous and was a very comfortable home for our family of 4 during our Maui vacation. This unit is luxury in every way. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with everything you would have at home, bathrooms are beautiful. We appreciated the in unit washer & dryer. The beach closet is well stocked with beach chairs & equipment, pickle ball supplies, tennis rackets, ... In addition, the floor to ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views and are easily covered at night with automatic black out shades.The Stice Team at Hawaii Life was excellent to work with. Communication was detailed and we had all the information we needed prior to check-in. They were extremely responsive before and during our stay. We had one question during our stay & they responded via text within a few minutes. We really enjoyed the Kaanapali Shores complex at north Kaanapali beach. Easy to get around, Times grocery store across the street, many restaurants close by and food truck park a 2 minute walk. We also enjoyed easily walking to other North Kaanapali resorts and had several meals at Dukes (walkable from KS). I also like that north Kaanapali is a little quieter than the main Kaanapali beach area, but you can quickly drive to Black Rock beach and Whaler's Village in about 5-10 minutes. Our family would absolutely recommend KS702 and working with The Stice Team/Hawaii Life. In fact, I hope to return to Maui soon and will reach out to the Stice Team for accommodations (they have many beautiful options if KS702 isn't available for our future stay).Thank you Stice Team and Hawaii Life!

Gorgeous condominium with a breathtaking view. Everything you could possibly need is already in the condo as it is well stocked. Lovely that televisions are Smart so you can just sign in to your personal streaming accounts. Beds are very comfy and interaction with management was a breeze. Restaurant on site, nice beaches, pickleball, adult and children’s pool. Having laundry in unit is so very helpful. The remodel they completed in 2023 is so gorgeous with high end appliances. Check out The King of Kaanapali #702 on YouTube, this condo will take your breath away.
Amazing condo with a huge lanai/balcony with unbearable views of the beach and ocean below. Very responsive hosts. Kitchen was much better equipped than most rentals. Grocery store across the street and a lot full of great food trucks right next to the building, which was great for dinner. We watched the whales out in the water every day.
It was absolutely fantastic! You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful location, beautiful condo and condo with everything you would ever want to have available. Our contacts were helpful and lovely. It was the best of the best. We lacked for nothing except more time there!
