Great location, near the bay where many restaurants and bars are located. Quiet complex with a nice outdoor space with a pool and hangout area overlooking the ocean. The condo was well-equipped with everything you need and had lots of space.
We were outside all day and only stayed here to sleep and cook simple meals. It was a perefect simple space to achieve this.
I have debated this review but feel it important for future guests to know the pros and cons of this place. The condo its self was clean, easy to access, and the pool was out of this world spectacular. Right on the ocean!! A couple of things to note, the bedroom sliding door was broken and had to be secured with a stick. The grill was not gas so you will need briquettes. The lanai was a 6'X10' slab with a rickety bambo enclosure & 2 plastic chairs. No view of anything. We would probably stay again because of the pool.
Great condo. Communication with property owners was excellent. When we had questions they responded immediately. Good location. Several amenities- beach towels and some snorkel gear. 1 chair needs replaced but they worked. Complete kitchen and all good! Highly recommend.

We stayed here 3 nights while we waited for a larger room to open up in the adjacent condo building at Sea Village next door. The room size was comfortable for my family of 4 if everyone is going to bed at the same time! I have 2 children, 9 and 11. The AC in the front window worked well to cool the whole unit. The kitchen was stocked well with all the tools you would need and there's a lot of other supplies in the room too that were very helpful on our trip including snorkels, boogie boards, ice packs and a cooler. The room is right on the road with no view or anything, but it suited our needs. Very easy ground floor access and a reserved parking space.

The place was in a nice location and we enjoyed the pool. We did not sleep well because of the loud traffic right outside the unit. We also ran out of toilet paper on day 3 of 10. Basic necessities should be reconsidered to give guests the convenience of having supplies for their entire stay. Especially for what we pay. Instead we left the rental with more than they left us!
The condo had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The pool’s location right on the ocean allowed us to watch whales most afternoons. It was close enough to the historic town to walk down and back. The only downside is the amount of traffic noise from Ali’i Drive.
