The owner has done a great job stocking the unit with quality fixtures as well as the basics, e.g. kitchen appliances, great pots and pans, shampoo, toilet paper. We loved having beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a great bag ready to go. You do see a roof straight out from the lanai - as advertised - but there are plenty of beautiful views to the side and down at the pool. We would love to come back. Mahalo!

This condo offered us a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the Big Island. The kitchen has everything you need except food. The best thing about it is the fabulous view from the little balcony, which is even better by the pool. My husband and I spent a lot of time in comfortable lounge chairs poolside watching the waves crash against the rocks. The stairway to this 2nd floor villa is very steep, so beware if this is an issue. Kona Coast Vacations manages it, and they were great, calling to check on us upon arrival, leaving us a happy anniversary bag of little local goodies, and letting us extend our time (not free, but still). We visited in May, and there were very few people there. The pool is lovely and very clean. It's located on a busy 2 lane street with a very narrow pedestrian path on each side, so not a good walking area. Other than the busy street and steep stairway, we truly enjoyed our stay.
During our stay, as we searched the area for a home, weād come back to our lil spot facing the ocean and find a sense of peace, just before the daily whaleās breaching just off the coast. Staring in the direction of the sunset our drinks in hand we were facing the show of shows with bodies crashing and flukes flapping, and flipping water 30 , 40 feet in the air awarding the watching, a share in their care free movements.
Then to rest in the best bed everā¦

Easy and accurate information
When I booked our condo last year I knew it would be spectacular just from the pictures listed! We had absolutely no idea how beautiful and perfect it would be until we walked in! O M G!!!! We ate several breakfastās, lunches and dinners on our deck with that had a perfect view of the ocean as well as those beautiful sunsets every evening! The pool was also amazing to have because you could lounge to the sounds of the waves crashing in as well as relax in the pool doing the same. There are so many amazing local restaurants that are within a few miles as well! You have to try Huggoās for dinner! Also, the best coffee shop on the island, which is Kayaās is only about 8 miles away as well! We went there for coffee 7 out of our 8 days on the island! This condo was absolutely paradise for us! I definitely recommend 10 out of 10!!!!
