great location, everything was there that we needed. we stayed the rest of the time at hilton waikoloa. i would have rather stayed at kona reef. thank you.
My family had a wonderful experience at your condo. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Everyone at the complex was incredibly friendly. One of the highlights of our stay was the tide pools. The were teeming with fish, and we had so much fun watching them. The location couldn't be beat. Restaurants everywhere and the food is fantastic. Thank you!
We didn't want to leave! The panoramic views from this condo are breathtaking and never get old. From watching early morning surfers to midday fish and sunsets in the evening, there is always something mesmerizing to watch. We also saw multiple whales every day from the lanai (which was way better than our whale watching tour!). The condo itself is clean, comfortable, stylish, and well stocked. It is evident that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the space. Further, the location is just a short walk to downtown Kona where we went daily for coffee, acai bowls, or happy hour. We even walked to 2 different farmer's markets to stock up on local produce. We can't wait to come back!
The unit is probably the best or one of the best
at Kona Reef. With upgrades now being completed
it will be a dream vacation location.
The location of this property to shopping and restaurants was wonderful! An easy walk into town. The location of the condo on the property was perfect. Oceanfront and could see the pool area also. Views for days!
Inside was clean and comfortable. Luckily there were lots of fans because the small AC didn’t do its job and we ended up giving up on using the fans only even though it was quite warm while we were there. It was a great condo and we would stay again.
Wonderful 2 bedroom overlooking the ocean. Great that teen could have his own room. Walkable to town and many other locations

It was a breeze finding and getting in to our condo (A27). We did find some missed cleaning of our unit window and window sill of the master bath, all tile floors need a good scrubbing, all windows and screens need to be cleaned, new throw pillows on couch’s recommended and cushions on patio chairs. The master bath is too small and toilet does not work well, sink smelled like sewer. Other than that it was great.
This property as a whole is a different set up. You take an elevator but still have to go up or down 6 stairs to get to the floor of your unit. This unit was spacious and the view couldn’t be better!
The guest room could really use up dating, the blinds were falling off the window, there was really no decor. A mirror and a luggage rack would’ve been nice.
The guest bathroom was clean but dish jet feel clean because of how dated things were. I was also disappointed that there was no soap or shampoo in that bathroom.
The master was very nice!
There were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets and snorkeling gear in the closet.
The ac didn’t work great but was helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to get spectrum on the tv.
Over all it was a nice place.
Well appointed condo with absolutely spectacular views! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Had already recommended it to friends midway through our stay.
Perfect base for our vacation. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. View was phenomenal, pool was great, close to shopping. There is a small beach right next to complex. Would definately stay again!
There are not enough words to describe the fantastic view from this unit. The location is also a huge plus, easy walking distance to everything you need. The unit was also well equipped with accessories. I would stay here again. This is the fourth unit we have stayed in over the years at this complex and we always enjoy our time there. That said, this particular unit was not as clean as expected, floors and windows, and the unit is showing its' wear and tear. The location is unbeatable.
