Arrived and getting into the unit was easy. Noticed right away that carpets were dirty and needed to be replaced. Also the key to the pool area was missing for the unit. Sent in a request for the key and NEVER received an answer or a key. If it wasn't for the manager for other units being there we probably wouldn't have had a key the whole time we were there. And every time we opened up drawers in the kitchen, bathroom and front room areas COCKROACHES would scurry out. We plan on washing everything we have because of this. Hot tub was not working entire time we were there. Only heat. Not jets. Beach view was great as always.
The resort has an excellent location close to many shops, restaurants and beautiful public beaches. It has a free parking pass included, pool and hot tub that have a gorgeous view of the ocean! I had a couple of hiccups and they responded quickly and friendly. The resort has STRICT quiet hours after 10pm, so if you talk on your lanai or make any noise, neighbors will be complaining.
We have stayed in this facility a few times before, and we love the location and the facilities. We have always been in building s A or D .. this time B… will make sure we are in one of those next time. Lots of great sunsets and walking to town makes it a good place to stay
Easy check in, great location
A very well stocked facility! It’s a great location with a nice pool. Unfortunately the sheets didn’t smell good so I had to wash those. The mattress pad underneath had quite a bit of hair on it so that wasn’t good. The lanai door is very difficult to open and close and we used it a lot. Everything else was great!!

This is a nice room, and clean! Great view of the beach! Our flight arrived late, and there was nothing open, and my husband was very hungry! The room even had some light snack food, it was the best Ichiban my husband had at 2 am haha! The only negative, was the traffic sounds right to the left of us!Thank you:)
