As you step into Kona Reef B32, you’re greeted by an open-concept living area filled with natural light and island-style decor. The living room, cooled by air conditioning, features comfortable seating and opens directly to the lanai, where you can take in the stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from a four-burner range and oven to a coffee maker and blender.
The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed and neighboring bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The condo also features a queen-size sofa bed in the living area, making it easy to accommodate up to four guests.

Air Conditioning: Year round temperatures range from the low/mid 70’s to the mid/upper 80’s. If AC is important to you, look for a condo with a mini-split AC system like ours. Most condos at Kona Reef and elsewhere on the big island have wall units off the lanai which effectively only cool the living area and not the bedroom. In addition, wall units create a lot of noise on the lanai and even inside the condo.
Noise: Our condo is located near Ali’i Road and adjacent to a public beachfront park, so you may experience some road and park noise.
