Good location to downtown… 5 min walk. Can drive to all the beaches south of Kona. Pool was nice with good BBQs.
This unit was really just perfect for our week stay in Kona. It was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The unit had all of the beach gear and most of the cooking utensils we had hoped for. There were plenty of towels for the week and also a washer and dryer as well as detergent to launder our clothing. The view and the patio was the best part of our stay. We would definitely return to this unit on our next stay in Kona. Just a few small housekeeping tips for the owner: the bed is just ok. The foam topper helps rather then a hard bed but a new mattress would be ideal. The tub/ shower stopper was broken so i had to buy a stopper to take baths..also the shower inside curtain had mold. It was just a minor inconvenience. Also just recommend adding oven mits, spoon rest and a hot plate for cooking. The fan in the living room needs to be tightened up as it wobbled and looked like it could become a problem. Just small suggestions to make the unit more comfortable but again it was a great stay and lovely unit and we would definitely choose this unit over others we have stayed in at the Kona Reef resort.
We had a wonderful time. It was a great home base for all of our Kona adventures.
Very nice. Nice veiws of ocean and sunsets. Everything was enjoyable and no problems.
The property was perfect for us and we hope to return. Everything was as represented. My personal favorite was when a small group of residents would all blow on their conch shells when the sun set.
The location of the condo was wonderful. Views could not be better in fact listing shows a palm tree without the top. The tree is now gone so it's improved.The area is quiet and very relaxing. We saw whales and surfers.Two concerns-the bed is not comfortable and mattress needs to be replaced.The air conditioner is very loud and the remote didn't work to adjust it.Overall the experience was positive.
Great location, great view to the ocean. A bit of maintenance needed but nothing impacting our stay.

Location, location! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and beach. Condo had everything we needed.
Would have given 5 stars but the furniture is a little tired and needs a refresh.
Refrigerator top very dirty not wise to store things on tops. Had an internet outage for 36 hours. Patio so nice yet the chairs were very rusty and dirty. Only 1 loungermade it difficult to relax outside with wife
A fantastic stay at Kona Reef! Check in was a breeze and the condo was well equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay! Lots of beach towels were provided, as well as amenities for the beach left behind by other guests. The location is great, close to town to grab a happy hour bite, close to a small beach if you need to feel the sand in your toes, and great sunsets every night from the lanai! Property manager was great for communication if we had questions! We would stay again!
Great location. But unit was very dated and could use a deep cleaning. Especially the bathroom and floors.

I didn't care for the bed. Very firm. Well stocked kitchen. Good for what it was.
Quiet, ocean outside of patio, and a stroll from all the action from the outdoors market to great places to eat. I would def stay at this condo again.
We loved the location and wonderful sunsets all week. The constant crashing of the waves was so peaceful. Very close to everything all activities and restaurants.
Great location, view was outstanding. Enjoyed every minute.
The property had a pool area with outdoor grilling and covered eating and an ocean front view. Updated and clean

Had shoreline ocean view with beautiful sunsets.
Just outside our door was the ocean and we would sit there every morning planning our day as we drank our coffee. The property was close to downtown Kona and even had one of the few public beaches next to the property ... I would stay in this unit on my next visit.
