We loved staying at Kona Plaza! The unit was very clean, tidy and had everything you’d need for a fun family vacation! A full kitchen allowed us to shop and do our own cooking as needed. A beautiful screened in patio made eating outdoors a pleasant experience. We were also suprised to see accessories for the beach like snorkels and flippers available for our use as well. We also loved being so close to shopping and local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this unit! It was the best! They thought of everything!

Close to the foreshore, good value,
I booked this location for a guest from Chicago who wasn't going to rent a car. There was no need! He LOVED it here! The location was perfect for him to walk to the beach, eateries, open market, etc. I didn't have to "babysit" him - he had everything he needed at his fingertips. He arrived later than expected, so I was able to go in and place all his necessities - food, drinks, etc. Knutson was amazing! I bothered them to assist with extending and extending his stay - when he didn't arrive as scheduled. They took care of it immediately. When I couldn't extend his stay at this location any further, I found another one of Knutson's property one floor down! PERFECT!The ONLY thing that was a bother (for me not him) was the parking. There is a lot of construction going on in the basement parking that parking was confusing and tight. I can't imagine how it would be if every unit had a rental car. The main mission was accomplished - my Chicago guest LOVED IT!!THANK YOU, Knutson!!

I have stayed at many rental places before both in Kona Plaza and Kalanikai and this is for sure the best. Not only would I gladly stay here again but I have already booked this place for my stay next year. Knutson was very responsive to any questions I had and provided excellent support.

house keeping did a great job, but there should be coffee, sugar (individual packs so if not used not wasted) pot holders for oven use. Bedroom was hot just could not get it to cool down.
We were here for two weeks with one of us in a wheelchair. It was easy to to come and go from here for him. The unit is close to everything: used book store, grocery store, thrift store, all the local shops and restaurants, shore line, church on the shore. We could have walked everywhere without a rental except for getting here from the airport and our Costco riun.
The day care was interesting and the evening sunsets lovely
