Love Kona Pacific. This is the 4th unit in the complex and probably my favorite with the ocean view however, the ac units are aging and although they worked, they were extremely loud in no way tolerable for sleeping. The ceiling fans are of the same vintage and rumbled/squeaked. I understand that there is no guarantee of beach amenities but being a condo close to the beach, at least a couple of functional beach chairs would seem to be something you would expect. The chairs there were broken and unsafe really. The lanai furniture was failing also and definitely needs maintenance.
Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Very nice pool. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location for someone not wanting to be in the crowds…. Yet only a 6 minute walk to basically everything. Condos are quiet. Great pool. I would definitely recommend this place.
Excellent check-in instructions and assistance offered to reserve activities. Property was immaculate. Lights, ceiling fans and a/c were on when we arrived at night. Very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms
Very nice property. Clean, spacious for a couple, and great location. The property manager kept us updated and even called us to let us know that we could check in earlier. You have everything you need to go to the beach in the property. Overall, everything went great. Highly recommend.

Our stay went well. We attempted to speak with someone in the office several times, but never found anyone available. We had parked a vehicle in guest parking more than 2 hours and had tried to speak with someone in the office, but there was never anyone there. It was a holiday weekend and had family park in the spot for 2 days. This was our mistake, but then we were approached by a man pointing and yelling at us. He never identified who he was and yelled at us for parking in guest parking more than 2 hours. We tried to explain that we couldn't find anyone in the office, but he wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. He yelled at us and said to read the note, we said there was no note on the car to call anyone. I called the management company and spoke with Ozzie and explained. Told her to review their property cameras to see how unprofessional he was. She said I would receive an email with the complaint, but he was on the Board. I will never recommend this condo, Kona Pacific. I was born and raised in Kona, the aloha spirit does not exist there. We've stayed at many other condo's and homes in the area, but will never suggest this condo.

This condo was clean, comfortable, the perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and shoppes of Kona, and incredible ocean views. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing we wishes was that the mattress was a little more firm, it tends to cradle you.
Liked the view, location, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Didn't like that there was a partially eaten popsicle in the freezer (I took a photo) and the air conditioners were extremely loud. Had to turn them off to watch tv or be out on the porch so we could hear each other talk.
Enjoyed the unit itself. Beautiful furnishings and clean. Walkable to downtown which we did everyday. Parking fees everywhere in town. Would come back to E630. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo! Mahalo and God bless!
Enjoyed the grill quite a few times kid enjoyed the pool . Cool to see the cruise ships coming and going
Great condo and location!
Property was conveniently nearby stores and beaches. Although the property was clean, it was filled with cockroaches. No matter how many times we cleaned and sprayed there would be a new swarm in the cabinets, drawers, tabletops, floor and within the dishwasher.
