This condo delivered! Beautiful oceanside balcony where we had breakfast every morning; corner unit so it was quiet: well appointed for cooking at home; clean, firm beds with fans in both bedrooms. Sizable bathrooms and quiet doors - which sounds like a small thing! But if you wake up early like me, it means you can move around silently without waking up your kids ;) all in all a great stay - we loved walking downtown for coffee in the morning. I would definitely cook again.
Great condo with beautiful view!
The unit we stayed in was very very nice. The view was spectacular, kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. It is close to downtown, shopping and restaurants, yet far enough away from most of the nighttime noise associated with the main tourist areas. The property had a few areas that could use some updating, but the pool area was very well maintained and pleasant to spend time in. Would like to see a bit more daily maintenance in the lawn area, people left trash there that no one picked up for days. I would highly recommend this unit for a good family location.
Nice two bedroom! You can hear and see the ocean as it is right off your deck. Five minute walk to shops and restaurants. Would stay in this place again. Convenient!
We loved this great condo in Kona. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location for walking to and from town! The ocean front view was spectacular! We will be coming back to this unit again!
The views alone are stunning. Being able to walk into town for coffee or dinner was a huge plus along with beach chairs, towels and a cooler. The condo was perfect for our week vacation and we will stay again!
Beds were a bit to firm for our taste - everything else was great!!
It was the best! We watched whales and dolphins from our lanai in the morning while we enjoyed our breakfast. The condo was bright and comfortable and well equipped. Kona Reef offers a wonderful pool and hot tub area. A great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect - walkable to beaches, shopping, dining. It was "home sweet home" for us for two weeks! It was difficult to leave.
Our family had never visited the Big Island before and we were unsure of where to stay. The reason I booked this condo was the incredible view of the water, what we didn’t realize is how close we were to town.It was so wonderful to wake up each morning and be able to walk downtown and get coffee and breakfast my husband had the best latte of his life.Highly recommend for the family!
This condo offered everything we needed. Spent most of our condo time on the lanai. The view was stellar as were the sunsets. The facility quiet hours was much appreciated. We hope to return!
The location was perfect. The sunsets were beautiful and you could walk to shopping and resturants. It was a great home base to come back to at the end of each day when exploring the island. We didnt need the air as the breeze flows nicely through the condo. Pool area is great as well. The beds are a little hard and could use a mattress topper.
The accommodation was absolutely perfect for my family. Beautiful, right on the ocean, private and quiet.
. With two adult kids it was close to walking distance to restaurants and the night life.
It was clean and nice to have the two bathrooms.
We all enjoyed the view and the pool.

We have rented 7 or so condos in Kona over the years. This was the most basic appointed condos in all of our stays. No real over site of the pool area (people were climbing over the gates) poor repair of the property along with transients. We would not stay here again.
We loved this location…the walkability was great, and the ocean view was unbeatable!

Great location & gorgeous oceanfront view. Condo was very nicely equipped with quality furnishings & kitchenware (except no baking sheet). The only issue we had was that none of the 3 of us found any of the beds to be comfortable. I realize everyone has different preferences when it comes to mattresses, but a basic mattress topper might have made all the difference. Otherwise, this is an outstanding unit and I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this location with a fabulous view. The sounds of the ocean were delightful day and night. easy walk to Kona stores and restaurants on the water. Spacious Living room and dining kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. Pans and cooking equipment are minimal so you may want to bring your own if you can do that. The deck was a nice size for our multi-generation family of four. Pool access was great for our granddaughter.
Spent a week here over the new year with my three adult children. Great location and the view from the balcony was unmatched. Hope to come back and would book the same place every time.

This place has amazing ocean front views from both inside the condo and out on the Lanai. We spent every morning and evening sitting out on the Lanai enjoying the surfers and sounds of the ocean. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and relatively well equipped for cooking, etc. The only slight critique is that there is only one air condition and it keeps the common area very cool but the back bedroom was very warm even with fans on. Adding an AC unit to the back bedrooms would be a huge plus if the owners would consider this. It would also be nice if local recommendations and information were available in the condo, to add a more personal touch. But overall a very great place on the ocean!

This is a true ocean view property within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shops of Alii Drive. Good size 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had almost everything one can need (except a baking sheet and pizza cutter) It is a bit warm in the bedrooms during the summer, when the nighttime temperature/humidity did not drop low enough for window opening, as there is only air-conditioning in the main room, but made do with the fans provided. Used the pool on property and walked to the tiny beach next door (would recommend water shoes to anyone who would want to go into the ocean there)and walked to restaurants for dinner. Rare experience waking up to the sound of the ocean, sipping coffee in the morning, or a sunset cocktail. It is centrally located to go either direction on the island for all the sites.

Beautiful view. Parking was under construction but should be done soon. Clean and nice, Loved it.
