Easy to check in and out. Views were great. A/C and pool were very nice additions. We also enjoyed the provided beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella). Very easy drive to to many restaurants, bars and a few beaches.

Amazing oasis for the price. What this place lacks in udated decor makes up for it with the location (right at the edge of the ocean) and the saltwater pool is an amazing experience. I love that they blow the shell at sunset and the ukulele ladies singing group on Thursday morning adds so much charm.

Old outdated cheap pots and pans no bar ware , no washer and dryer first time I ever stayed without for the money charged would look around, parking is hard to get, not secured if lot full. Was clean.

We were fairly happy with the property. There’s a gorgeous view from most balconies. They AC had a lot of trouble keeping up, but there were fans inside to help. The biggest problems I had on the property were cleanliness. When we arrived I did my normal check of them bed for signs of bedbugs (there were none), and found crumpled up used tissues. We also found dishes put away which were obviously unclean. The shower in the unit is not designed well, so any shower resulted in a flood of water on the floor when we got out as water that runs down the door just pours out onto the floor. The manager did text my husband to check on us three day we arrived which was very sweet- but my husband forgot to message about the shower door. Overall- I think I’d stay again, but I don’t trust the place was cleaned properly.

Great veiw of the ocean and the sounds of the waves splashing was so peaceful. The man made beach is great and well maintained. The saltwater pool was so cool right by the lava rocks. Watching the waves splash on the lava rocks was fabulous. Several afternoons we sat under nice palm trees and were so relaxed. Residents rather short term or long term were all very nice. Seems to cater to a more mature age group, which we really liked. No loud parties. The Condo was very clean. It was a bit dated and needs a little cosmetic repairs, but this did not bother us. Everything worked well. The check in process went very well. We loved the keyless entry. You the option of getting exercise by using the stairs, but there is an elevator if you need to avoid stairs. The condo did not have any unpleasent odors. The kitchen was well stocked with applicances and cookware. We just had to buy food. The managment company was great. We will definately try to stay here again

We had a great stay! Perfect size for 2 people. Can’t beat the location - right in the ocean with a beautiful view from the balcony. Nice little beach, pool, and garden area.

The compound and location were great. The fridge door was grimy, the LR carpet either needed replacing or a deep clean, the shower leaked badly and the shower floor was badly stained. No shades to keep out the artificial light from outside.

Great spot. Loved the pools especially the salt water pool. Condo could use some updating, finesse.
